Not that it matters since I can't connect to the network anyway. Bonus points for having a please wait screen that doesn't time out and has no 'Back' button option.

Maybe a little less effort spent on coming up with ridiculous hoops for your customers to jump through and a little more spent on not totally FUBAR'ing your release would have been a good idea?

But what Im confused about is the http://social.biowar...titlements.php. That is supposed to show that I regirsterd a cerb network card, but all it shows is the Collector armor for me.

Is that normal?

Should we be seeing an ingame promotion for this listed on the social site or do we need to just trust that it's there?  Also, I can't seem to confirm what account I logged in with on my iphone, is there a way to do this?

Ok I finally got through to someone on the phone (1 1/2 hours wait) and they CAN and WILL sync any gamertag to your EA account no problem. This helps if you are one of the people that used a different email account for your EA account and Xboxlive account.



1 650 628 4322 is the Console number I called.



Again, it was a long wait but there is not need to make new accounts on either system. I used my code already and didn't have the same email accounts on the two accounts and was still able to resolve my issue. Hope this helps! =)

How the heck do you "link" an EA account to a XBOX Live gamertag?  Just have the e-mail addresses associated with them be the same? I see no option when logging in from EA.com or from bioware.com to provide any gamertag info.

This is really confusing! I'm on the xbox and according to the first post i can either redeem the Cerberus network code on this website or In-Game? If it's that simple why isn't every xbox player redeeming it In-Game instead of this EA mess? is there an advantage to redeeming it here?

i know everyone is ticked off that this happened, but i dont think you're going to get much in the way of personalized respones at the moment. Give them some time to figure all the kinks out before they can respond.

Maybe go play the game a bit to check out the new classes before you start making rash decisions and creating multiple accounts to try and fix the problem yourself. I know that doesn't make up for whats happened, but at this point there is not much the gamers can do.

I dont think Bioware, EA and Microsoft will leave you guys out to dry, so for now give them more time to make sure the problem is definitely fixed before they give you a definitive answer.

But seriously, for all you folks making secondary accounts and whatever to try to work around your issues... keep in mind all of these redemption codes state pretty clearly that they're one-use only; in other words, be careful what work-arounds you try.

For those of you just finding you can't access the Cerberus Network in-game, if you haven't, I'd suggest trying to redeem your DLC through the Social Networking site (available under Profile > Redeem Promo Code). I have yet to connect to the Cerberus Network in-game, but I was able to redeem, download and install everything through the social network without a problem.

What is going to happen to those of us you entered our Cerebus Network Card correctly but are not being recognized? We can't enter it again because it has already been used.

Here's what I did...
I went to the EA website and made sure my gamertag was active.
I came here and deleted my profile since it had a different username and I wanted to make sure what was on here matched what EA had. I know I lost everything I had uploaded here but it can be replaced.
When I created a new profile I clicked on the "already have an ea account" link and this website pulled the info off of that website so both sites should match now.
I am about to start the me2 game and follow the instructions given by Chris here. I'll let you know how things turn out.

What about the people who entered the Cerberus Network code to only get the Normandy Crash Site? The Term armor worked fine but the Cerberus is a joke. If i have to spend 1200 MS points for a DLC that i had a code to get for free is stupid. Hopefully you guys can fix the problem.
* Never mind. went home and loaded the game and the Cererus Network was activated. I apologize i jumped the gun and got worried from what i was reading. /face palm

Should this give me a problem with freeze-ups on the PC. The game freezes during the inital loadup after I pick what gender I want. The load screen comes up and after a few seconds the game freezes. I have tried both low and high game settings, infact the game freezes faster on low graphics settings?? Any suggestions?

They are probly fixing the networking issues on their end. Would explain the long "please wait" or disconnects ppl are having.



I cant get into Cerberus myself. I refuse to play the game until the whole issue is resolved. I'll just finish up a char I was working on in ME1 in the meantime.

I have gotten the collector's armor and weapon, the terminus armor and M490 heavy and the Normandy crash. I'm just missing the Zaeed dude.

Well I can't even redeem the code at all, cause this piece of crap system is telling me that the code has been used, and yes - damn straight it has been used - I used it! And I got not the Cerberus Network, but the damn Collector Armor! You know what I got from my Collector Armor code? - not a damned thing, because the cerberus network gave that to me. I can't get through to any CSR, they are all too busy taking coffee breaks to do any real work.

I assume PC ME2 users don't need to link their Xbox 360 gamertag to their EA account to get the DLC, correct? I can just use the online redeem form even though my 360 GT is under a different email than my EA/Bioware social network email.



If only EA let you delete personas or transfer emails to an account of your choosing.
