Just wanted to add this to the "known issues" thread. Many of us on the 360 are using the Character Importer and it is not seeing any of the ME1 save games on the HDD. If someone could add this to the "to be fixed asap" list it would be appreciated I'm sure

I think logging into the Cerberus network from PC is going to be futile for a bit since they're trying to fix the network issues.

So judging by the OP by Chris - The Cerebrus Network can be activated in 2 ways for 360 users.



1) Through In-Game while connected to XBL

2) Through Bioware Social and then through console connected to XBL.



Is this right?

I have a question. Haven't really checked yet, but I'm assuming that I'm going to have much of the same problems that others have had. My wife and I, naturally, share an Xbox, but each have our own Gamertags. We went ahead and put the Cerberus network onto her account and installed all the DLC. Those work great--no issues whatsoever. But am I going to have problems accessing the Cerberus Network on my account? And, without the network, am I going to be screwed on accessing the DLC? Any word from Priestly or any of the devs would be really appreciated.

So this is still not clear. I download the extra options (files), and I restart the game as suggested, but because I still cannot log into the cerberus network I still cannot use them? That appears to be a suggested work around the doesnt work around anything tbh.



Can we still begin a game and get these items later?

I paid for a new copy of the game, only to have the code not work. I REFUSE to pay an additional $15 for access to this so called "free" content.



If I am going to be locked out of content integral to my enjoyment of the game, I dont entirely see the point keeping my copy.



I want some form of response, Ive been sitting on hold for the past hour, and I realize you are busy, but this is inexcusable.

We’re aware that some PC Collectors’ Edition Cerberus Codes are not working. If you have the number 1688108 on the bottom right of your Cerberus Network card and have not associated it to your EA Online account at 4:00 PM PST your codes will be fully functional. If you already have associated it to your EA Online account at 6:00 PM PST you can restart the game and your Cerberus Account will be available automatically!"



I used my cerberus code here on the social site and got the armor and gun, so according to this, by 6:00 PM PST I'll be able to use the Cerberus Network? or will I be able to use my code again?

So if I understand this correctly, at 9 pm est (6 pm pst), I should be able to access the Cerberus Network after I restart the game? Here's hoping.

They're trying fic network issues with the PC version of ME2 so logging in right now probably won't work. The code should be working fine though. It's a network issue, not a code issue.

I DON'T GET TO THE WAITING SCREEN! I REGISTERED MY COLLECTORS EDITION CERBERUS NETWORK CODE AND ALL I GOT WAS THE ARMOR AND WEAPON! I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET THE CERBERUS NETWORK FILES NOT THE DAMN ARMOR. HOW HARD AM I TO UNDERSTAND? If you need to link your xbox gamertag to your Bioware/EA Account and it is not already associated with another EA Account you can do so by:



1) Go to https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do

2) Login with the email address and password you signed up here with.

3) Scroll down and click on Add Persona

4) Select "existing Xbox LIVE Gamertag" and enter your gamer tag in the box.

5) Click on Add Persona.

Is that the same problem that's occuring throughout this thread, or is this some weird problem on my end?

I have entered my code correctly. It will not redeem. It has two "s/5" and I tired all combinations of it.

Also, it does not look anything like a 5. it is definitely a 5. when i registered it, I got the Collector's edition armor and weapon. then I registered the bonus code for the collectors armor and weapon, and got the armor and weapon again. why did I get 2 sets of collectors armor and weapon? A set from the Cerberus network card, and a set from the collector's edition card (the one that is supposed to give you the armor and weapon)



You people are lucky, you atleast CAN download th files, I can't even redeem the bloody code.

Hi Chris, I had no problems redeeming my codes, but I was wondering about Zaeed Messani. If we have everything downloaded correctly from the CE and Gamestop and such will we be good to go with Zaeed Messani tomorrow? Or will we have to re-redeem our codes?

how do i link my social account with my gamer-tag? My gamer-tag is linked to another email address that is no longer in use and i redeemed the codes for terminus armor and CE armor to my social account which is linked to a gamer-tag that is no longer in use. so i need to link my old account with my new one can anyone help me? Bioware?

Ive read this whole thread and I called EA, now i've been waiting for 2 hours. Same problem, can't link my ea account which has all my DLC's to my gamertag.......
