i made a new thread for a problem im having NOT reguarding to cerberus, and its been deleted instantly, twice..so thats cool





i put my CDkey in to instal, after install i launched and it wanted me to sign into the EA crap, so i did..then it wanted the CDkey again to run activation(why would it need to do this twice?) and now for about 45min i've been starring at a splash screen of grunt with nothing more than the word "activation" at the top..it will not freaking activate and let me play. if i try to close i get a pop up saying that i wont even be able to launch the game at all until it finishes the activation..wtf

i think i have everything right, but i just can't log into cerberus network in the game. It just sits at "please wait..." can still play the game just not with any of the downloadable content. I have regular pc version

Dropped from EA's live chat for the third time. Phone numbers give me automated responses to go to the live chat. Gotta love this.

My armor and gun code from the Gamestop SE 360 version was used lastnight, by me, on a seperate account for this website. My gamertag is linked to my EA account. The instructions were so vague that I had no idea you had to use the same account when in reality I have no desire to be on this website. I need my accounts linked.



What happened to the standard microsoft marketplace downloads that so many companies choose to do? It just seems so easy compared to this garbage.

Ive read this whole thread and I called EA, now i've been waiting for 2 hours. Same problem, can't link my ea account which has all my DLC's to my gamertag.......

I got the CE.

I signed into my EA account, then my Bioware social account to redeem the codes.

Codes successfully redeemed.

Then I started up my xbox 360 and launched the game.

The Cerberus network started up and all the DLC barring Zaeed were in the "Downloadable Content" menu with no problem.

Hope this helps some people.

So does the email on my BioWare account need to match my Contact email from Xbox.com or my Log-In email address I use to sign into Xbox.com? They are two different addresses.

and why can't anyone even remotely help me *cries* seriously. All i am asking is why, when I redeemed my cerb network code, i got collector armor and weapon. is that too much to ask?

I've got a new issue to scream about, unlike all of you I was blessed to have the whole Cerebrus thing work on the first try, but then when I fire the game up, it says I have no Mass Effect 1 saved files, funny, considering I have 3!!!!! Anybody experienced this and have a solution?

If your using old save games make sure you have completed ME1 past the credits, it will create a autosave.

I knew this would happen. It happened with Dragon Age. There's always some problem with Bioware DLC when it first comes out. Always. Always. I never, eeeever buy DLC when it first comes out because there's always some kind of problem with it. or in this case, it's the DLC that comes with a new game. It's a good thing that I haven't bought the game yet. I'm going to let things cool off and give Bioware some time to get their stuff straight before I waste time being upset like everyone else here

I am one of the people who activated my Cerberus Network Card on day one for my CE PC ME2. My card has the 1688108 on the bottom right hand corner, so what does this mean? I still cannot access my network and when I try to enter the code again it says it has been used already. It is not showing up under my redeemed promotions either.

Ok do like I did (back on page 3 of the forum) and you should be ok. In fact, once the representative linked my EA and Live accounts for me over the phone, he gave me ALL of the dlc at once, like six things. I got the deluxe edition stuff too and only bought the regular game. They are doing anything they can to make people happy. Just look at my other post and call that number, they'll take care of any issue relatively quickly.

im curious, did you first enter the activation code from the website or through the main screen in the game?  I have the PC Collectors Edition and entered the code via the main screen and im getting the same "in use" error you are...

why release a game that you hype up to the point people cant wait to play it when you haven't tested ever aspect of the game? does Bioware enjoy pissing off is client's .. yes i realize that they are marketing to about 90% of underage people who cant do squat about the problem legally.. and they im sure realize that out of the 90% most of them are told by their parents to be patient.. but this is stupidity to cause so much hate and discontent for not doing the job of pretesting ALL aspects of the game BEFORE selling thier game and releasing it



sad.. this really changes my mind of purchasing .. specially pre-puchasing anymore more games from bioware

I have the PC version. I redeemed my cerberus code on the bioware social club, and then it gave me access to download all the content. I downloaded it all, installed it all just fine. Then started the game, and now I can't sign in. Just get stuck at the "please wait" screen indefinitely.





This is extremely annoying, I want to play.
