i used my Cerberus code on this site and my xbox keeps telling me that i still need to activate it, i did not know u could in put the code in game so, it tells me the code is taken....WTF.

I think so, if I understand the first post in this thread correctly. If not, you'll probably have to call EA to get it fixed.

the collector set gives you added materials .. like the comic book.. ect .. i beleive if you prepurchased the game you get the armor a.. crash site.. and Z .. and with certian game stores you get a added peice of gear

i redeemed my codes before starting my game, and the cerberus network works but when i check my mail on the normandy for the armors and guns, i get nothing, why is that?

i uses my cerberus code and armors before i even started the game. the cerberus network comes up fine but i dont see the email on my personal computer on the normandy that the cards say to check for, whats up with that?

I thought terminus and inferno armor were pre-order bounes and collectors armor was for the collectors edition only ?

Cerberus Network for the 1688108 cards appears to not be corrected since that is the ID set I have and I still have no access to the network nor the ability to use the code since it's 'registered' already in use from my first attempt to enable it. It's bad enough my ID show my DA: Origins registry but isn't showing the Mass Effect2 one yet.

Has anyone been able to have two EA accounts merged? My Dragon Age code and ME2 Gamestop preorder code were both used on one account, while my cerberus code was used on my other EA account which had my gamertag associated with it.



Basically just need the two accounts either merged or the codes transferred from one account to the other.. Just curious if EA support would do that.

Yeah, waiting on the whole Please wait... for quite some time is quite enjoyable. I could start a normal game, but that's just silly. I paid for other things, and I want them ready before I start.

Purchased Digital Collectors Edition via steam. Know that Cerb.Net is down for everyone thats cool. But when I try to run Config to import my game, windows tells me it stoped working and closes it.



I'm certain this game is awesome, but i'm having to deal with an aweful lot of issues just to get to it :\\

Hi there, I have the Standard PC Version, and I registered everything online at the Code Redeem webpage.



Then, I booted up Mass Effect 2, logged in with my email and password, but now, I'm stuck at a screen that just says: Please Wait... at the bottom right hand corner.



It's been like this for close to 5 minutes now.



Should I keep waiting, or should I restart ME2?

I wouldn't be following that little "guide", that was a summary of my understanding that I was hoping somebody who's already done it could verify... so that I don't get any problems when I try it for myself tomorrow.

To those PC users stuck at "Please wait..." I've read that the extra missions don't affect the outcome of the game (Sorry, can't remember where I read it, too many threads on this issue, lol), so starting a new game without the dlc seems a reasonable choice if you absolutely have to play right now. Since things level with you, you can probably just access the dlc when it's available without any kind of loss. Not having the pre-order gear right away might bother some, but personally, I don't really like the "hey you spent real world money so here's some itamz" thing. Makes me feel like I'm cheating >_>

 I had a problem similar to that, EA said they can't merge accounts.

Luckily I had only entered my Dragon Age Blood dragon armor code on the wrong account.  Every other code is on my correct one.

Yeah, this is almost the same issue I had.  Was waiting for EA Chat and, after 30 minutes of waiting, when I became "0" in the queue I was told my chat was cancelled.  Fantastic work, team EA!  Now waiting again.

This is absolutely absurd.  Can anyone at Bioware tell us why they and EA decided on this incredibly convoluted content delivery system for the XBox version?  Seriously - XBox Live has a proprietary content delivery system in place for a reason - USE IT.  Do not force us to link our XBox Live account to an EA account which is hopefully linked to a Bioware Social Site account.  That's a joke, and any reasonable system architect should recognize that as terrible, terrible design.

Question: how are Steam users effected? I tried activating the network ingame but got the Please Wait screen when I logged in with my EA account. I have yet to use any of the codes I was given.

Can someone explain this: Near the beginning of the game when you meet Jacob........I selected the dialogue "Lead the way" or something like that. We were shooting at enemies across a platform that were coming out of a door. All of a sudden the screen got real weird....looked like red vines coming out from all sides of the screen and the enemies kept coming out. I eventually ran out of ammo and then the screen went back to normal. This happened a couple of times. Any ideas what happened? Was it a glitch?
