So am I correct in reading that for PC users we have to wait until 6pm PST? Or am I reading that wrong?



I have already downloaded and installed all the cerberus content via the website, but I have yet to be able to log in in the actual game.

why did i pay to get a DL version of this game if i could be playing this if i went out and bought the damn thing on disk .. this was SOOOO much easier .. easier to get my money faster ..

I dunno, but I got my first criticism... I currently get a nice 12 minute "please wait" before an error is finally displayed about the connection being interrupted or timing out. Really, NO way to cancel and NO progress bar??? I hope this is one of the first update tweaks.

I got the deluxe edition stuff too and only bought the regular game. They are doing anything they can to make people happy. I never got a message asking me to sign in.  When I entered my Cerberus Network number, it worked but wh en I went to download the content, only the Normandy Crash Site showed up.  There were supposed to be other content but they aren't listed.  I have yet to enter my GameStop code for fear of more issues.

I purchased the Collectors Edition and I activated the codes online through my EA account. Well apparently my Xbox live ID wasn't attached to the account, so now it's asking for 1200 MS points to activate the Cerberus network. Oh and then there's the Collectors gun and armor, which I won't get either. I paid extra money & first class shipping for this?

So, I waited until after 6pm central (4pm pst) to enter my Cerberus code and it says the code is already in use. Did I misunderstand the first post?

So it's supposed to take forever to log in to the ea account when connecting to cerberus? It seems like its taking to long just to log in to my EA account.  /Shrug

when i did this i linked my ea account to it and used my terminus armor code and my cerberus network but the cerberus code hasnt done anything and the terminus code downloaded for pc and it was for the 360 and it didnt give me a choice to pick the 360 to download it to

With this issue on the 360 version, I am almost glad that my copy didn't come in. I have to wait LONGER, but I bet these issues are fixed by then.

Well, seems we can be screwed then.. If they won't merge accounts. Maybe they should clarify on the code redeem page that warns you about using the correct account with your gamertag associated with it.. I had forgotten all about that.

Another option would be allowing you to remove a gamertag from one account and apply it to another. Would solve pretty much everything.

So now I have the Cervberus Network code saying "already in use" as well as the "Please Wait..." issue. All I need now is the failure to import my ME1 character and I'll have the ME2 launch day trifecta! :P



On a lighter note...I just read on the tech support forum that a fix for the "Please Wait..." issue has been approved and a server outage is scheduled shortly.

My GT was linked to an existing account that I had meant to be linked to this one. Now my Terminus armor went to the wrong account and I can't get it. I tried to find out what this existing EA Online account was, but there was nothing to let me know... So now I have no Terminus and no way of finding my EA Online account. All I know is this one.



I guess my only hope is that Terminus comes as DLC in a few months. Unless there is a way for this to get worked out, seeing as the EA Online thing linked up without telling me what the EA account was.



Please make a way for me to get the Terminus on my 360.



Anyone know a way for me to find out what my EA Online info was anyways?

Good job bioware i just changed my XBL gamer tag so i could use the new gamer tag to be the persona on my EA account and guess what EA told me that the account that i just created is already in ues by a phantom account, why would you **** your loyal fans like this

I live in the UK and haven't gotten Mass Effect 2 yet, but have pre-ordered the CE version for the 360. I was hoping someone could tell me ahead of time, if you sign up for the Cerberus Network on one gamertag and download the goodies, can anyone else with a seperate gamertag on the same console access the downloads?



It's just that my significant other and I play on one console with two different gamertags, and I want him to be able to access the downloads too. Its bad enough we can't afford two XBOX Gold accounts, it would be a serious shame if we have to buy two Cerberus Network accounts even though we live together :-(
