I'm have problems w/ redeeming my gamestop pre-order dlc. I had no problem getting the cerberus network and its dlc. I have the same email addresses for both EA.com and social.bioware.com so I don't see any problem, plus my EA.com account is linked to my gamertag already so I'm really perplexed?! Am I doing something wrong or not! I just want my damn armor so I can destroy these geth to get Tali so I can take off her suit and smash! Is that too much to ask for!

So i logged into the network and i downloaded all my DLC from the redeem website and installed it. Now where can i get the armor, weapons, etc in-game?

I was able to download it only because I checked what DLC I had on my profile. I never got a confirmation that my code was accepted.

Hello Mass Effect 2 fans.

We are aware of issues players are experiencing and are continuing to listen and work on these issues. When we have more information we will provide updates and let you know.

How can you tell if you are Cerberus Enabled: 
When you start Mass Effect 2, there are two computers on the main menu.  The computer on the right hand side of the screen should be open.  If it is not then check to see that you’ve entered your Cerberus Code in the account creation screens located in game.

PC Collector's Edition Issues :
We’re aware that some PC Collectors’ Edition Cerberus Codes are not working.  If you have the number 1688108 on the bottom right of your Cerberus Network card and have not associated it to your EA Online account at 4:00 PM PST your codes will be fully functional.  If you already have associated it to your EA Online account at 6:00 PM PST you can restart the game and your Cerberus Account will be available automatically!

Zaeed :
Some of you may be looking for Zaeed as a way to check your Cerberus Account.  Zaeed is being propagated to Xbox Live as we speak and will be available mid day tomorrow (MST).

Timeouts:
Some users are reporting timeouts or connection drops to Cerberus Network. We are actively pursuing a fix to this and will update everyone once it is fixed on the server-side.

General Cerberus Issues:
If you’ve entered your Cerberus Activation Code through the web interface and have played other EA Games with EA Online accounts but are not seeing the Cerberus Mission Computer open on the main menu.  You’ll need to contact EA’s Customer service line to ensure that the Gamer Tag in Xbox Live is associated with your EA Online account you’ve used to activate Cerberus.

****Make sure that your account that you are using on social.bioware.com is linked to your gamertag****

How to Redeem and activate Cerberus

Xbox In-Game Redemption:

o   Start the game

o   Cerberus Connection will automatically prompt

o   Sign in with your existing account or create a new account

o   When prompted enter Cerberus code

o  The Cerberus laptop will open on screen and display the available downloads

o   Go to the Code Redemption page here: http://social.bioware.com/redeem/

o   Sign in with your existing account or create a new account (make sure to sign in using the exact same account on your xbox)

o   Enter the Cerberus code

o   Upon successful redemption restart your console and load the game

o   Enter the Cerberus code

o   Upon successful redemption load the game and login

o   Upon successful redemption right-click on the download link and save to your computer

o   Install file

o   Restart game

 

How to enable Mass Effect Galaxy dialog

Xbox
-   You must play and finish the Mass Effect Galaxy iPhone game and log into your EA account to upload the unlock

-  When playing Mass Effect 2 you must have Miranda and Jacob in your party to witness dialog

PC

- You must play and finish the Mass Effect Galaxy iPhone game and log into your EA account to upload the unlock

- When playing Mass Effect 2 you must have Miranda and Jacob in your party to witness dialog

I haven't had any issues with my DLC yet, aside from the fact Zaeed isn't available yet.



Then again, I'm probably one of the few who had an EA.com account, bioware account, and xbox live gamertag that all directed back to the same email address.

In case anyone here is having issues with linking a XBL Gamertag on a separate EA account to their main EA account, see this thread on the EA forum. I PMed the EA mod/OP, and s/he was able to link the accounts within a few hours after I sent the message. I believe response time is substantially shorter when posting directly in the thread. Either way, much better bet than the live chat (failed five straight times for me).

A fix has been implemented for owners of Mass Effect 2 PC Collector's Edition who encountered problems activating the Cerberus Content on their Cerberus redemption cards.

Anyone who encountered this problem before needs to start the game, click to connect to the Cerberus Network, and enter in your EA Online account  used to redeem the Cerberus Network code when you first tried to redeem your code and download your content. Doing this will now get you access to the Cerberus Network and you can download the exclusive content.

New players trying to activate the Cerberus Network will not encounter this issue.

Please try this and let us know if you encounter any further problems with this issue.

We are continuing to work on otehr issues. When we have information on them, we will let you know.

Thanks Chris! That seems to have worked for me, however I am not seeing anywhere to download the Normandy Crash Site? How do I do that for the PC CE?

Or is
Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network) the Normandy Crash site? I see it listed as so when I download it.

I bought the digital deluxe edition on steam but I don't know  where is the soundtrack, art book, comic, and behind the scenes content that was suposed come with the game, the only content that I was able to download was the armor and the weapon, can someone help me please!!!  (sorry for my english)

I think it's the cerberus weapon and armor download.  The file name for that is ME2_NormandyCrash

figures EA still hasn't changed their ways only they would be to stupid to make the xbox interface be unable to download armor and even though i signed in with correct info it gave me a PC code and yes i restarted my system twice thanks for nothing EA wish you were smart enough to do like EVERY OTHER DEVELOPER and make it a direct download on microsofts redeem code tab

OK this whole redemption of codes is WAY over complicated.



Here is what I am wondering:



Signed up to Cerberus Network via Xbox 360 no problem.

When I went to redeem armor codes for my preorder + CE content I noticed my EA account linked but with my PSN gamertag listed. Couldn't change that account on BioWare Social + no way to add my Xbox 360 gamertag to my BioWare Social account. Went to EA and switched to my master account (non PSN gamertag) then tried to link my Xbox Gamertag to my account. EA site wouldn't let me do that (account already in use, What? It's MY XBOX 360 GAMERTAG!). OK so stuck with master account, went back to BioWare social which still shows my EA account with PSN gamertag, I redeem codes. Codes redeemed successful. But do I get the content via Cerberus Network or am I screwed? How will the content get to me?

I'm having the exact same problem, although my urge for Tali is somewhat less.

I can't even connect to the ME2 server. Keep pressing Y to begin the Cerberus setup and get an error every time.

great EA still can't launch a title right used correct EA account info and still no armor thats what you get for over complicating things by forcing us to sign up for your sites to get what we payed for
