I dunno, but I do know I like using the ice armor passive with it. I use it as more of a defensive tool for myself, if anything.

For multiplayer, where the armor values rally don't get that high, it's almost certainly not worth the extra skill point for an ability with an 18 second cooldown.

I don't know anything about the armor being low in general but that's what I was thinking as most enemies that can be frozen don't have enough armor to really give me a reason to use it, the exception being the BRUTE but I'd rather just freeze him with WINTERS GRASP
