BioWare has many great voice actors.  Too many for me to specifically pick one.  Really enjoyed both Shepards(Mark Meer and Jennifer Hale), Loghain's voice actor, David Warner(Irenicus), Duncan's voice actor, Claudia Black and Captain Janeway(Kate Mulgrew) were great.  Aribeth's voice actress was also fantastic.  Cailan make's a great first impression though I don't know if seeing more of him past Ostagar would have put him up there(if he had survived).

Lol, I actually liked the big, dumb redneck brute gig from Tychus in WoL.  Story mode from that series was pretty darn good imo.

Simple. Claudia Black, because... It's mother bleeping Claudia Black.

The dude who plays Dorian. I can not get enough of his sarcastic witt & cockiness. He is sooo funny!

Solas, Morrigan(yay for Morrigan!), and I think everyone was pretty great. Except maybe for female American voice and Josephine's younger sister, but I think she was supposed to be a little annoying.

No specific character. They did a really fantastic job on all the voice acting and the voice acting as such is one of the things I love the most about this game.

Voices that struck me as extraordinary, in an altogether extraordinary cast to begin with:

*Morrigan

*Cassandra

*Cullen

*Dorian

*Female Inquisitor (Alix Wilton Regan)

*Cole

*Vivienne (her writing didn't impress, but that voice has impact)

*Flemeth

*female Hawke

*Josephine

Hmm...I wonder if I should just list them all...

Like so many, I found it impossible to pick just one.  I adored Claudia Black's performance.  Her choices were both unexpected yet exceptionally befitting.  Kate Mulgrew as Flemeth was also her usual brilliant self.  As insufferable as I found Solas at times, Gareth David-Lloyd's portrayal was note-perfect.  Ramon Tikaram made me fall wholeheartedly in love with Dorian.  Indira Varma's Vivienne was flawless.  James Norton's choices made what could have been an incredibly creepy character endearing and lovable.  Robyn Addison should receive some kind of award for making Sera's dialogue believable; in the hands of a less able actor, it could have easily gone very badly.  I think the biggest surprise, for me, was Greg Ellis as Cullen.  His performance was arresting, yet nuanced.  Although Abelas' voice actor was not clearly credited (the Dragon Age Wiki identifies him as Mark Bazeley) he brought to life the sad dignity of the ancient Elvhen.  I hope we get to see more.

Kate Mulgrew, always.  (I was so mad at Solas!)  Captain Janeway was my favorite Captain next to Picard.  :)

Morrigan

Liliana

Cassandra

Vivienne (even her condescending sarcasm grew on me)

Dorian

Voice acting was one hting i actually liked in Inquisition.. There were so few things i liked afterall, so the things i did, stick out profusely!

The one voice, i felt did not stick well, was Iron Bull voice.. It just, idk.. Was bad...Im not a fan of how the Male Inquisitor voices sound on certain PCs.. Like Dwarf, or Qunari for example.. The 2 options just didnt seem what i wanted.. Proper english, or plain english.. It was well done though.. Like i said.. Bull was the only one that felt flat...I could see/hear the actor reading the pages, as opposed to it being Bull..

The voice-acting was pretty impressive overall — I really liked Cassandra and Solas specifically, though. I also really liked the softer female Inquisitor voice.  <3

Eve Myles as Merrill was excellent.

Claudia Black as Morrigan always does an incredible job.

I guess these for me as well.

I really liked Dagna's and Leliana's voices too.

Although i don't really follow Voice actors generally.

One of the characters I love to listen to is Caladrius. His droll take at the Warden's humor remains priceless. And it sounds like the Mad Hermit and Slim Cauldry are the same VO; adore both characters, too.

Yeah, Slim and Hermit, same guy.. whoever he is, he just cracks me up listening to him.

I have to agree with others though.. it's hard to choose. If there's something Bioware never fails at, it's casting.

They all did a fantastic job with their characters it's so hard to choose.

Though the ones that evoked an emotion response from me and thus top the others would be:

Cullen/Greg Ellis for his breakdown about being tortured and the events in Kirkwall.

Dorian's VO for his personal story and the talk after

Blackwall's for the whole jail scene

Solas's and female brit inq's in the romance breakup

1. Dorian, just amazing. Cocky, emotional, funny, sexy

2. Morrigan, I love Claudia Black's voice, what can I say!

3. Cole, he was portrayed very well, the voice fit perfectly for him, so fragile at times

4. Cass, her VA does a great job, especially in the scenes where she gets emotional/questions things

5. Josie, wow, I would not have anything against hearing more from that girl

6. Flemeth is also always really great, that raspy voice

Ramon Tikaram as Dorian just blew me away. That man put so much effort and passion into his performance and it comes across beautifully. The little quirks in his voice add a lot of depth to the overall performance. A+ work.

David Sterne's voice as Corypheus and the Nightmare Demon is amazing. He's got such a threatening aspect to him, the closest I can compare it to is Sovereign over in Mass Effect. While it's not monotone like Sovereign's (even then it's still amazing), Corypheus has such a way with words that it's awesome to hear him talk. I'm so in favour of Bioware using him again (in different roles obviously).

Freddie Prinz Jr. (and I can't believe I'm saying this) did a fantastic job as The Iron Bull. I'm not sure why he's so much better here (considering how Vega in Mass Effect 3 was the most annoying character ever), but if I had to guess I'd say it was: much better writing for the character, better voice direction, and a different voice (deeper and slightly English). So this man can actually act great, it just takes the right mix to make him shine.

How can we talk about our favourite Inquisition voice actors without mentioning Alix Wilton Regan as the English Female Inquisitor. There's a reason I played through the prologue as a male character and then changed to female and haven't stopped playing since. Her VO is probably the best voice acting for any Bioware protagonist I've heard. And that's a hard list to top. Aside from the infamous, "What's going on here?" every line she delivers is wonderful to listen to. I could just listen to her talk for hours.

While this isn't everyone who I think did well (that would take me years to go through), these are my top 4. Damn fine work Bioware for getting these amazing voice actors.
