I should note my keep absolutely imported, lelianna remembers fighting my warden at the urn of sacred ashes... Just yeah, kind of a major event to get wrong.
Keep did import correctly, I fought lelianna at the urn of sacred ashes, and she's very bitter about it.
Kind of annoying actually, such a major event, wanted to see what she thought. Hopefully this can be fixed for future players.

Apparently it's a common bug for those who stabbed Morrigan.

This is supposed to have been fixed and in my case where my QUEEN of Ferelden stabbed Morrigan she had been saying the Warden was male and they were in love, but after the patch I talked to Morrigan and she had the proper lines about how she used to know the Warden, but they parted on very bad terms or something like that... are you sure you are running the latest patch?

Maybe she thought that you were loving her up when you took out the murder knife on her. She might very well be a masochist.

Well, I guess the game thought that your Warden stabbed her in a different sense. ![]()
It's Conrad Verner 2.0
There isn't a shrine though, just some tasteful candles. ![]()

I'd ship that.

For whatever reason stabbing Morrigan in the Keep gets read as if you entered the Eluvian with her. And Bioware are not too bothered with fixing it or answering if it ever will.

Except they DID answer it and they DID fix it. If you are still having the issue, you need to let them know. It could also be because sometimes fixes involving world states can't be fixed retroactively. I don't know if that's the case here, but it might be.

It is called Morrigan's revenge. How dare you try to resist her?!

Also, I should add I started my first guy about a week and a half ago... after the patch. The keep also says I stabbed her so...

Not that DA3 is w/o errors or infested with bugs for some, but manually verify that the keep is accurate to avoid as many errors as possible.

hmmm might not have been fixed properly on the PS4 version... I do know that's one problem with consoles... there are just some things that can't be changed (though I can't imagine this being immutable), whereas the PC version they can do anything they want because they are not beholden to Microsoft or Sonys rules nor the limitations of the proprietary OS.

Had my World State export from The Keep. Everything was correct, except for my HoF apparently being a Male Dwarf Noble. My HoF was actually a Female Elf Mage in The Keep. So, apparently there are some issues with The Keep. IIRC, I made a thread quite a while ago (in Feedback and Suggestions) asking for some form of very, very early in-game confirmation. Like say, right after you create your character (or even right before to save time) you get a message stating who the HoF was and who he / she romanced, who Hawke was and who he / she romanced and who rules Ferelden. As it stands now, you don't get a Codex Entry for the HoF until you enter Redcliffe. I haven't accessed The Keep in a little while, but the last time I did it still said 'Beta'.
UPDATE: Just accessed https://dragonagekeep.com/en_US/ and still lists The Keep as 'Beta'. Not very encouraging...

You can check your playthrough state in the Keep as soon as your first save is created (autosaves and quicksaves included). The Tapestry will read what DA:I imported from the Keep for your Origins and DA2 data.

The Keep will remain in Beta as they are always adding and tweaking and eventually adding info for DAI for DA4 unfortunately some bugs get passed over so when you enter the Keep make sure to use the upper right corner and pull down a menu to submit bugs so they know and explain in detail.

I manually verified everything before initially exporting my World State from The Keep. The time-date stamp in DAI matched the time-date stamp in The Keep. That doesn't change the fact that my HoF was incorrectly imported into DAI from The Keep, despite the time-date stamp matching and despite everything else being correct. Hopefully, the next patch will address any outstanding issues with The Keep. I realize any fix will (unfortunately) likely not be a retroactive fix. At least everything else, besides my HoF, has been correct. There should have been some form of in-game visual confirmation, just before or just after character creation, that allowed the player to know who the HoF was, who Hawke was and who rules Ferelden. That way the player would have known, from the very beginning, that the export from The Keep into DAI was / was not correct.

If you checked the Tapestry in the playthrough state and it said the right race/sex/class for your Warden, then the problem must be on the DA:I side, not the Keep side. It's even possible the specific code for the scene in Redcliffe is what's not reading the info correctly, and not anything that the start of the game is checking.
If you didn't check the Tapestry, well...

Yes, I checked all of the information including the tapestry. The tapestry stated my HoF was a Female Elf Mage. The Codex entry for HoF, in DAI, states my HoF is a Dwarf Male Noble. You don't get the Codex entry for the HoF until Redcliffe, which isn't exactly that early on (unless you rush thru The Hinterlands). So, either The Keep exported the incorrect information or DAI translated the exported data incorrectly. Whatever the case, it is up to Bioware to address the issue by either fixing The Keep or patching DAI. Again, this could have at least been somewhat mitigated with a very early in-game visual confirmation of the HoF, Hawke and the ruler or rulers of Ferelden. Tarot cards, like the ones for the loading screens, would have sufficed. Had I known my HoF imported incorrectly, at the very beginning of DAI, I would have started a new game and attempted to export from The Keep again.
