So, I'll admit it, I'm a dirty cheater and I was using the exploit to crank my system clock forward to get excessively long war table missions done faster.

But...I've encountered a problem. Now every save game I make seems to disappear as soon as I restart the game after turning it back to where it was.

Did I do something horribly wrong? Was there something I missed here?

Did you set it back to the correct date?

Being a day in the past is generally bad.

Yeah, you saved before correcting your system time - don't do that. Minimize the game, fix the time, then return to the game and save. Save's are time stamed too. And don't feel bad, I made the same mistake once, then figured out why I lost a save.

Just as an experiment, you should wait until the system time gets to where you set it, and see if the save turns up...

Well that's embarrassing. I am one day in the past. I blame old age, losing track of time.
