2 questions...firstly in the keep there is the otion for morrigan to have a normal baby with a romanced warden...is this baby mentioned in DAO?

Second, without giving too many details, how differently do things go with Flemeth if Morrigan has a normal baby or no baby at all? Is it a major plot changer?

It's mentioned in DA:O. If you don't do the ritual, but have slept with her, at the end it will say she was (or a person matching her description) seen with a child.

About what changes between Morrigan and Flemeth. The meeting takes place somewhere else, dialogue is pretty much the same just cut out anything to do with Keiran.
