Ok.  I didn't have the PC version of Mass Effect 1, I had the Xbox360 version.  I downloaded some saves from Mass Effect 1 though to carry over.

Problem is, they're not showing up.

I moved the save files over to the Mass effect save folder so what am I doing wrong?  Thanks in advance.

you need to use the import save game utility! Go to the launcher --> hit configuration utility and then point it to where you downloaded the saves.



Also did you download xbox 360 saves or pc saves? There is a guy on this board that is collecting a bunch of PC compatible saves and making them available for download. I can confirm they work with the import.
