While you're at it, better sex scenes. Origins scenes were fine, the DragonAge 2's non existent, was anticipating Inquisition's to be even better and was disappointed. I know I'm not the only one
Not to mention the relationships felt kinda lacking?
Maybe bring back being able to talk to your companions while in a party by clicking on them like in origins? I miss that. To get their feedback on the current area or shoot the breeze or whatever.
And where did the gifts go??
Also. Where's the dog pet ._. Mounts are great but I was thinking we would have a Mabari companion or something too... Nope...

Sex scenes? Nah.... I like to see a lot of everything leading up to the actual sexytimes but it gets awkward actually seeing the sex in-game. I actually thought DA2 did that piece well. What I'd like to see? Bring back friendmance and rivalmances. I looooved that concept and was bummed it's not in DA:I.
More chatting with companions? Yeah, always.
Mabari? Ehhh.... I'm OK without them. Not really a dog person, myself. I wouldn't be upset if they brought them back. I'm just ambivalent, I guess.

Better hair? Yeah I'm on board with that.

Thanks for typing out these answer, saved me some work. I agree. ^^

I actually like unisex hairstyles a lot since usually there isn't good short hairstyles for female characters. There is no need for so many buzzcuts though, I agree with that XD
I actually think DAI did very well with romance scenes compared to previous games from what I have seen. Usually sex scenes themselves are just very akward so I prefer just see what happens before or after ^^;

Better Hair, yes.
Better sex scenes?? No... I'd actually prefer you just eliminate those from the game completely.
Just a simple 'fade to black' innuendo is perfectly fine.

Better hair - I agree.
Better sex scenes - I disagree and agree with you. I thought DA2's were better done than DA:O. The best sex scenes, IMO, were in ME3. And I do think DA:I was a step down from ME3.

What are you smoking? Origins sex scenes were terrible. Horribly animated dry-humping in underwear is certainly not my idea of arousing
I don't know how you can say that Inquisition was not an improvement in this regard. I mean, at the very least the characters in this game have figured out that you should take your clothes off when you have sex!
I agree about the hair though. Heh, sex and hair basically sums up this forum!

Sex scenes were ok.
Relationships I thought were weaker than predecessors.
I liked the smaller amount of personal gifts in DA2, would have liked that to continue.
Happy there wasn't another Mabari again personally. Though I thought mounts were weak too as to use them you sacrifice banter & experience with companions.

Yes for more and better hairstyles. But I'm fine with having all the hairstyles for both sexes, since sometimes I like male with long hairstyles, and usually female with short hair. Surely is disappointing having more variation of buzzcut than ME. Really, all the imagination have been used only for the enviroments?!? ![]()
I'd like having back the Mabari. It doesn't feel DA without a Mabari... ![]()
Sex scene: I'm more than fine with those of DAI. The one in DAO where embrassing, and in DA2 just stupid. Really, Fenris and Anders. We are in bed. Can't you at least pretend to have sex and take away those clothes, thanks? Not much, but a naked torso here and there and a fade to black is enought for me. Enought eye candy without going on the embarassing "porn risk".

Better hair, yes.
So far, of the two romance scenes (Cassie and Josephine) I've seen, I've been quite happy with them. Though, and I do sincerely hope Tali_Lover_1979 can forgive me...

Lieutenant Harding certainly looked like an "out of time" issue. BW might have difficulty providing ultra high details with dynamic effects for NPCs, not because of the software that could have some interesting options to "doll up" or add realistic features, but because of the limits of cross platform.
Realistic Eyes can easily top 12 meg in storage alone and adding the sparkle and other effects = processing power increase
Hair and face mods vary but the higher detail and dynamic effects especially with freckles and other skin effects = larger processing power increase.
Not to say it can't happen, but how you implement the mod say for one NPC (as done in "Final Fantasy"), a few or all depends on the platforms processing power.

Better hair, less buzzcuts more long hair - yes please. Ill pay. A lot.
Sex scenes are fine - vast improvement over DAO.
More talking to your companions at all the wrong places - yes! Moar!
Gifts - hell no. Prefer new system.
Mabari - yes very much. And puppies. I love puppies.

I honestly find it appalling that they thought the current hairstyle choices wouldn't be an issue with the community. Seriously, who decided, "yep, this looks like a good variety" and went ahead with it. Awful....

And where did the gifts go??
If you go back to Origins, you will remember that the gifts were $3 DLC, so just wait and Bioware may just add gift DLC for Inquisition.

The hairstyles could use some additions, but I don't see any reason to put a gender restriction on any of those.

+1 for hair and mabari.
But sex...NO! There is already too much whining "Oh look DA:I is trying to be Skyrim",we don't need new one like "Oh look DA:I is trying to be Witcher now".

1. more hair options and better hair textures, yes please. i wasn't too impressed with the hair selection in DA2 but i think i prefer them to a lot of the hairstyles in DAI :/
2. i actually think that the sex scenes are the best this time around. they were funny (in a very awkward kind of way) in DAO, lacklustre in DA2, but far more varied in DAI. some are sweet, and some were hilarious (i'm looking at you, iron bull). i think they're on the right track now. i'm hoping for more romance scenes like this in the next DA.
3. more companion interactions - always. i can never get tired of it.
4. i'm glad that we're not forced to have a mabari again //shot. i never took mine anywhere in DAO anyway (felt it was a waste of a party slot when i could've taken a more useful (and less noisy) companion) and i rarely bothered using the toggle in DA2.

None of us are Ferelden, so no mabari for us.
The hairstyles could definitely use more. I don't see any reason to restrict the gender, though. Also even on high mesh settings, some of the hairlines are horrible. That really pretty updo hair that Harding wears is my favorite but makes most characters look like those old paintings of Samurai with their hairlines pushed way back on their heads. There's also a lot of hairline clipping, no matter how you manipulate the foreheads. It's way worse if you have to lower the mesh quality. There are some nice styles that end up looking not so nice.
Also more ponytails, please, and not just that awkward short one, more braids, too.

As for the sex scenes, well, I'd really rather just have fade to black. Removes a boring yet likely resource intensive element. A few extra lines of dialogue or an entirely different cutscene would say at least as much about the romanceable characters, I think, and almost certainly more interesting things.
Being able to talk to companions anywhere again would be great, although I am definitely glad that we could talk to them whenever we wanted to in Haven/Skyhold. It's something. I don't mind the lack of gifts, but I also don't mind their presence. I'm glad not to be able to see the approval meter, since there's really no way that your character would know exactly what the companions think of them, and I didn't like the friendship/rivalry at all (I want to companions to actually be able to dislike or hate your character), so mostly I'm pretty happy with this in DA:I.
If I never see another dog companion I'll be happy, but I'm sure that if our character is from Ferelden again, it'll make a return.

As for the sex scenes, no thanks. They're good as is. I play this game to experience a good story and interesting characters, not to watch pr0n.
Though I must admit seeing Dorian's naked ass was glorious. If only for the vindication of finally having some equal opportunity nudity.
