Less open world, more central story.
There are so many things I want but this would be the most satisfying change.

From a gameplay perspective, I'd actually make the alliances that players spent most of their time trying to acquire actually matter.
Have fake Warden stay in the fade instead of Hawke/Alistair/Loghain/Stroud
Lots of things buuuut since I'm making a new Inquis, I really want more feminine hair styles.. Maybe one like Morrigan has
.
I'm satisfied with game play but I would like to see some of the cut scene glitching fixed. More character customization things would be nice (More hairstyles, armor schematics, allow us to save character creator presets for future playthroughs, etc)
The one thing I would change is the remove Cullen's race-gated romance. Though could have scaled the Inquisitor down for his scenes like they did with Blackwall. :s
Bi-Cullen. I know, I'm sorry, but bi-Cullen, it will always be bi-Cullen.
Actual playable background quests in the second half of the game.
Thanks for all your answers so far. Very interesting!
I'm in support of most of them. I need to sleep now, past midnight, didn't think the templar recruitment would take so long. And boy is it different. Had no idea you get Cole instead. Nice! Makes sense of course. I'll share my personal no. 1 concern tomorrow, if I have made up my mind by then^^
One thing I would get rid of: Excessively large environments with irrelevant side quests
One thing I would add: More interaction with main NPCs

Storywise: Longer final mission and boss-battle, plus some inclination of where exactly Corypheus' castle was supposed to be?
NPC-wise: it'd have been nice to have seen Hawke in some conversations with Cassandra, Leliana and Cullen? Between DA2 and Inquisition, Cassandra spent a long time trying to find Hawke and yet we never see them have any kind of conversation? Leliana has met Hawke on several occasions and knew them back when they still lived in Lothering, and they had numerous run-ins with Cullen during their time in Kirkwall, so he's another familiar face at Skyhold they might want to catch up with?
I am torn between creating evil/selfish coices ,making the gameplay far closer to tactical crps and expanding the depth of the character development/planning lots.
I know this sounds soooo trivial and unimportant but I'd like to have proper ball gowns for all the women to wear to the Masquerade Ball. And preferably a choice between a few different ones.
There I said it..... ![]()
