I know wraiths does spirit dmg... and that's it. Makes building spirit resistance seem so pointless.

I think Arcane Horror's Kamehameha attack is spirit.

Don't those teleporting demons also do spirit damage? Also the rifts, when you stand in those little eruption things, you can take spirit damage.

Plus, you tend to encounter a lot of wraiths at once, in comparison to other ranged enemy types.

Wraiths and Arcane horrors are the only ones I can think of. Standing in the bubbling areas around fade rifts does, as well. The Envy demon boss does some if I remember right, but it is optional, and you could possibly never encounter it. Terrors might when they do their tunneling attack. Not sure on that one.

all demons do spirit damages, maybe not if they are at melee range & hit u with their arms like Horror & rage demon when they are at melee range, but i believe then they do 2 damage types at melee range, melee damage & spirit damage, like when u put a spirit rune on ur weapon, all demons have spirit damage, i'm not just sure about melee damage, despair demon may not have spirit damage cause despair attacks with ice spells

oh ur right. I've always assumed they do physical dmg (despite remembering seeing yellow numbers )
