Just a note that after the collection of artifacts is supposed to trigger a quest : What Lies Dormant. No such quest appeared. According to latest, it's a bug.

Very good and very helpfull but theres one missing and sadly you can't activate it (maybe a bug)

 

So it seems like there are 25 of this artifacts around the world of DA:I

I hope Bioware will fix this bug in the next patch

If you're really looking for them, you'll find a number of them that you cannot activate throughout your adventures.   Heck there there at least 2 (maybe a third...cannot recall) in the Winter Palace alone. In the end you really only need 10 to get Solas to give you the quest he has, of course it's bugged at the moment, but that is another forum topic in and of itself.
