I activated my game through my launcher with my EA account. Then I input my Inferno armor code with my EA account on the social site. Then I started up my game. I clicked on the Cerberus network and put my Cerberus code in there. After that the game automatically alt tabbed after I clicked for the new DLC, in which it forced me to log in on my Bioware/game account, where the rest of the DLC were hiding. The game always considers my Bioware account to be the real one and in the main menu warns me that Inferno armor cannot be used because apparently me game does not detect my EA account. This is frustrrating as **** but I can do without the Inferno armor and just use the DLCs on my Bioware account.

This is the account the game wanted me to use for the other DLCs if it helps. Please move the Inferno armor permissions to this one if possible.

You will need to contact EA Support at http://support.ea.com/ to have the content transfered from one account to another.

No kidding - I have the same problem and I've sent multiple e-mail requests.
My old e-mail account is not longer active - but they keep insisting that it has been changed and they are using my new one. But I can't access any DLC without the old address.
Ridiculous. We paid for this content and they are too incompetent to make sure the consumer recieves the product we paid for. Then they wonder why piracy is on the rise...they could try treating honest consumers with more respect.
