So after research online I have found that several missions are not appearing at my war table. I have this character progressed up to right before final boss and the prereqs for each are fulfilled. These include:

 

An Offer from the Imperial Army

Stop War Between Nevarra and Tevinter

Red Jenny and the Trail (Tantervale)

Dagna: Overdue Penalties

Support Leliana

Tithe of the Faithful

‍Unmask “Those Across the Sea”

 

There are others as well but I figured these were sufficient. There are three possibilities I can think of:

 

1) They are glitched as many things are

2) They have hidden prereqs somewhere that I am unaware of, always possible

3) They don't unlock until after final boss; I find this unlikely for most of these

 

Any info, suggestions, confirmation, etc etc are appreciated

the war one is glitched and will disappear if you read the report from the last operation (counts as having done one with josie for some reason), lelianna is the default divine so no op for her. Those are the one I found, hope that helps.
