Edit: I haven't played SWToR since it required a paid subscription (which I had for a while). To be fair I picked up BG2 after I played DA:O because everyone was saying BG2 was better. But by that time the game looked up too dated that I couldn't continue playing it.
Played bits and bobs of Baulders Gate/BG2 years ago but can't remember them well enough to really judge.

The scale is pretty tight though as Bioware has yet to release a game where I don't love the story/characters and world building - the most important factors for me. My top would be a 9.5, down to an 8.5 for Jade Empire.
I'd say top 5 for me. Mass Effect is the best Bioware game I've played. #2 would be Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. Sad that Bioware never made a sequel, excluding the one made by the other developer.

I think that BioWare could have done a much better job. The game is still good. It's a BioWare game after all, but it has some definite flaws that prevents me from enjoying it as much as other titles they've developed.
I might place it at the top of the DA games. I thought their older games like BG and NWN were ok, and never thought as highly of them as many others.
It's hard to decide between ME and DA because one satifies the old dragons and wizards itch, while the other handles sci-fi. I think Jade Empire is a very good game. It might be #2 or #3 on my list. After those, then two Star Wars games.

Dragon Age: Origins - This game has to be the best Bioware game I've played ever.
Star Wars: The Old Republic - This likely will surprise people but I get a ton of enjoyment out of this.
Mass Effect 1 - ME2 is more fun to play, but the story and setting of ME1 is much better than ME2
Dragon Age: Inquisition - Nobody expects it.
Dragon Age 2 - The story, while not nearly as good as Origins, the gameplay is very fun and the personalness of it is fantasic.
Mass Effect 2 - Not much plot to speak of, but it builds on the setting and the characters beautifully.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 - Not a bad game on it's own, but it's sequel does a better job with the setting.
Mass Effect 3 - Where did it go so wrong? There's only two sections that are enjoyable - Rannoch and Tuchanka. The rest of the game feels rushed and out of place.

Everyone and their mother (myself included!) have had a crack on that joke at least once during their lives, and yet I still get a chuckle out of it.

I have a PC Keyboard and Mouse.
Definitely better than NWN series. Better than unmodded Baldur's Gate series. Better than DAO and better than ME1, mainly because I had no one I wanted to romance in those games. As for ME3, ME2 and DA2, I don't know. They're all good in their own way.
That's a hard one. I've played Baldur's Gate (but that barely counts since I got stuck very early on, and never finished the game), Baldur's Gate 2, Dragon Age Origins, DA:O - Awakening, Dragon Age II and this.
Awakening is at the bottom (ignoring BG, which again, I've never finished), but Velanna is one of my 3 fav DA characters, and in my top 5 BioWare chars. So far, I think I still prefer 2, but maybe once I've played all 4 of my intended Quizzies, Dragon Age: Inquisition'll pass it. Whether it will pass Baldur's Gate 2, and 
Aerie's romance 
, remains to be seen.
Never played Mass Effect, and I don't intend to, but I still like sci-fi. Not having played it doesn't mean I hate sci-fi, though I certainly prefer fantasy. Fallout (sci-fi, obviously) is my favourite franchise of all time, because unlike DA, has never - or almost never - pissed me off.
