According to my jewel case, BG 2 was developed by BioWare.

NWN 2 along with KotoR 2 were done by Obsidian.

I've played Jade Empire, but I'm not far enough to include it in the list.

Tough question.

ME1 - epic story, great RP, proper hard sci-fi, and a fantastic fleshing out of a totally new universe.

ME2 - just so much fun to play and has the best end mission I've ever played (even with the silly human reaper). If they hadn't fubarred so many of the elements that made me love ME1 it'd be top of the list

DAO - epic story, awesome charcters, incredibly well fleshed out world, lots of choices and Origins were great for RP. If it didn't have so many bits that felt like a drag I'd probably put it higher.

Jade Empire - fun but a bit short and it felt very linear

Kotor - a few years ago this would be near the top but it really hasn't aged well.

ME3 - I never would have believed that a computer game could make me so bitter!

DA2 - Aveline's personal arc, Flemeth's cameo, great party banter, the Anders twist and some Varric's storytelling moments are the only positives I can come up with. There is so much bad in this game I can't be bothered to even try and explain.

I can't fairly rate DAI yet as I have finished my first playthrough (though I've already spent longer on it then any other RPG playthrough!)

Dragon Age -  All 3 of them are on the same level more or less, to me, maybe the DA2 is slightly lower because of the Act3, but then again Act 2 compensates for it.

 

Actually all of them DA, ME, NWN are more or less on the same level, I don't think there was ever a (BW) game that I hated or completely loved.

I never understood the love for that game, Dragon Age: Origins is much better imo. I hated the peek-a-boo gameplay where you just went into cover, shot, then back into cover. They should've copied Gears of War a little more with dives or maybe crawling to change it up. I also hated how you can revive squad mates but they couldn't revive you.

 

 

What do you mean by peek-a-boo gameplay? When I play Mass Effect, covers are there for my enemies and the weak  .
