cannot get the lyrium.. standing right in front of quest marker i thnik unless there is 4th floor. i wonder if it bugged because for a while i could only play as cass... i reloaded but maybe not far enough. where the heck is this stuff

No it isn't bugged. there is a room with several chests of lyrium, only one of them is the actual target. Perhaps this will help you.  http://www.ign.com/w...ons_of_the_Just
