Basically any assault rifle works well on either of these two.

Harrier for me is the definitive assault rifle. It fits like a glove on any class.

But that being said PPR on a weapons-based platform class like the Destroyer or Turian Ghost is just plain overpowered.

Because the human sentinel has projectile powers and the falcon stuns phantoms so they wont block the powers. You can also stun a group and apply and detonate a super powerful biotic explosion in the middle of the group. Drell adept is more about area control. Falcon stuns a group, reave the group, falcon stuns group again, and then cluster grenades wipes out the group. Sometimes those two kits can be pretty squishy, but with the falcon staggers it gives them a lot more survivability.

 

Similar reason I use the Falcon on the Vorcha Engie... you can actually get some mileage out of SubNet if your opponents are unable to dodge it!
