I do think Skyhold should be fully repaired. We have Orlais, Orzamar, Denerim, Antiva, Even possibly Tevinter and Qunari allies, surely each could spare a few workers and some materials to fix the place up proper. There are trees not far away, we could even send recruits out to fell them, hue lumber and shingles for the roofs at least.
Sooo...yeah, Skyhold...

Where are the cells, because I really want to taunt the prisoners, inquistion and all that?
So far, all I see in the dungeon is one lone guard who talks about how empty the cells are and a door leading out to a ruined room with a drop-off into the valley. There are never any prisoners that I can see, even when I have a judgement pending.

I believe you see prisoners after the judgement if you choose the "Lock him up" decision. I never did it since the other choices are usually more interesting.

What really gets me? The chapel just off the gardens. Just pick up the fallen over candelabra already. It's right there.
Also, why is there a red templar banner in the stairwell leading up to the private quarters?

That templar banner was creeping me out when I played a mage. ^^

Shouldn't we also see them while they're awaiting judgment? Was I entertaining Alexis and the duchess in the kitchen with tea and scones whilst they were awaiting my judgment? =p

Why does Cullen's room still have a hole in the ceiling? That boy's gonna catch cold!

Maybe it will be like how those DLC in dragon age 2 filled out the empty room with cool statues. Maybe the empty or broken parts of skyhold will be filled with fixed things you click to activate DLC.

I did the same. I sent goatboay to Tevinter, executed the mayor, exiled the templar, made 2 agents, out of Servis and out of Gespard's sister. I was really annoyed I couldn't execute Gespard's sister. If there are anymore prisoners after completing the zones. I normally use one of the selective options from my perk ability additional dialogues.
Don't tell me the jail cell are another load screen.. Maybe thats where my instructors went to

Yeah. So much for Bioware for creating a dramatic climax scene when discovering Skyhold (don't get me wrong, I approve of it, it's amazing), then shattering all the illusions of having a magnificent castle every time you walk to the most important room of it and see that big hole and debris scattered all over the passage.

Sorry but no. Those holes will always be there. The upgrades you do are merely aesthetic and there are only 3. If you go around the castle there are lots of empty rooms falling apart and places with cobwebs that never go away. It amazes me that you have hundreds of people at your disposal and no one could clean up the rubble in front of the war room and it's just there for the entire game. Basically you have this huge castle and little customization.
Tens of thousands of people at your disposal* The Inquisition army is at least 50 000 strong. That´s a fact, because in the epilogue it´s stated (if u focused on forces) that your army is so large and strong that it can compete with nations. Nations in Thedas= huge, thus huge armies.

I'm thinking maybe a complete cleanup might be saved for a DLC.

You know what I live at skyhold most? *cries* The holes in the roofs, the crows in the stairs to my room and of course the flag of the order I hate!
