On my second play-through right now, and holding off on the main quests for a while, doing stuff I totally skipped or didn't know was there before.

 

Somehow I COMPLETELY ignored the Forbidden Oasis and Iron Bull's quest.

 

Also, I only killed two dragons my first time around. This time I'll killing all of them.

Playing DAO again, go back to the roots, the simplified explainations of "what is this fade of which you speak??" *awed wonder*

I gotta admit I'm also looking for tie ins too. Now that we know so much more about eluvians, the black city, .etc and BioWare has known their story from the get-go, want to see what might have dropped hints in the past...

My first playthrough was on Casual mode, to test the waters like they say... I'm redoing the game on Nightmare mode. I can already feel the difference at some areas, I'm getting my butt kicked hard. Can't wait to see what this mode will offer me.

The Dragon Age Keep indeed rules. I was able to switch platforms and still take my decisions with me. I'm tempted to make an "I would never actually do that" world state for one of my next playthroughs, just to see what happens. XD

One thing I dislike from playing a mage so far is that my camera is way too awkward whenever I want to cast an AoE spell like Barrier. I leave those spells to the AI and I tend to play a warrior or a rogue instead since they don't have those awkward skills.

Anyways, who else is feeling a huge void after finishing this game? It's hard to let go from an universe which you identify with so much.

 

The game itself was the huge void. But assuming you've never played DAO, then play that, you'll be in for a real treat.

Personally...I've done 3 play throughs.  I barely made it through it the third time...

Maybe DLC will renew my interest, but TBH, after the 3rd time, it just wasn't that different than the first two.  (some *minor* things I missed).  Not really interested in going back.  

Loved the game the first time through, but it doesn't have the replayability of ME, IMO.  Hell, I played DA2 5 times before I got bored with it...Not sure if it's bugs or lack of choice in the game...hard to tell...maybe when they fix the achievements I'll play a bit to get them, but I doubt anything short of DLC will return my interest.

I know how the OP feels, that void could easily become a sort of sadness / depression / missing feeling. I started playing DAO again with some mods I hadn't tried before and it has been a blast.

No more playthroughs for DAI for me unless they release some good story based DLC. Playing Randal's Monday right now. Then I'm thinking I might give Starpoint Gemini 2 a shot. Then another playthrough of DAO and expansions while I wait for GTA V. And before I'm finished with GTA V, Witcher 3 is going to be out. So with any luck I won't have to see sunlight. Yet.

I did a bunch of playthroughs for DA2.  Couldn't do it for ME3.  Can't do it for this game, barely made it through my second run.
