Room full of empty treasure! 
Prevailing theories:
- Bermuda Rectangle of Orlais swallowed it
- That sneaky little Alchemist slipped it under her shirt
- Treasure was supposed to be a metaphor for the human condition
- Somewhere an MP dev is snickering to themselves
- A wizard did it
There is no treasure in that room because there is not suppose to be any. It is a connector from a treasure room to the end of that section of the map.
The only thing you get from that room is the ability to go from the start of that round to the end quickly bypassing everything else. Though the moment you open the door you pull every other mob to you.
You gotta pull the lever next to the door.

I originally read that as "Bermuda Rectum of Orlais swallowed it". I was slightly confused, then very horrified.
It has been a long, long workday. Really showed in that moment.
Rum is needed. That'll solve this.

Also if the treasure room has been looted -> key bug -> rehost. The "new" game will have those treasure rooms cleared already.
Probably to stop 4 friends farming treasure rooms over and over by cycling hosts in private games.
