Hi,

i'm writing here because, sadly, i have some problems with Dragon Age Keep.

Like many others here, trophies and characters are not syncing. I have tried many solutions posted here but nothing seems to work (registering the games again, reloading different save games, waiting 2-3 days, checking for corrupted characters on my profile etc.)

 

Here some infos on my games/problems.

 

Dragon Age Origins (PS3) 11/79 trophies (i have platinum) (character lost changing ps3: save game corrupted, so i cannot have it on DA Keep; i rebuilt my decisions manually on the tapestry).

 

Dragon Age 2 (PS3) 2/63 trophies (i have platinum) and none of my 3 characters is showing (either on DA keep than on bioware profile games). Before registering the game, DA Keep wasn't able to find any data (after that it found 2/63 trophies).

 

Both ps3 games are connected to DA servers (i've checked the options) 

 

Dragon Age Inquisition (PC)

 

Is there anything i can try to solve that? I'd really like to use Dragon Keep to track my story.

Game saves are not imported into the keep.

 

As for the rest, there's no real solution and it's not really that important. You can rename the heroes in the keep if you want their names but DA:I ignores all that
