Response to Andy Kemplings claim that Armor is working as intended. Video inside proves it is not.

Hi all, this is just in response to this quote from Andy Kempling. 
 

Hi guys,

 

We investigated this issue and found that armor seems to be working as intended.

 

The issue with the Assassin's Mantle (Dawn) having 0 armor is a bug that will be remedied soon.  

 

It is intended behavior that you take more damage when attacked from the flank.  It is also the case that some attacks, such as the Dreamer's attack, ignore armor by design.  The DLC does not affect the way that damage or armor is calculated, as this is a function of the base game that remains the same regardless of additional content that may be installed.

 

If you do notice any specific oddities where you think the system is broken, please post them!

Simple test on routine shows that this is just wrong. Please see the video below. 

 

 

As you can clearly see from the video, Armor does not work for attacks to your front. Only the rear.

Clearly you hacked. BioWare does EXTENSIVE testing to make sure
