Right!

I have a post on the social website forum, but frankly no one who can fix things has bothered to read there.

I opened my box and while the game was installing I decided to redeem my item codes. I made my profile, Berym, and linked it to my old Bioware account. For whatever reason, the social website didn't talk to the EA website and it didn't make me an EA account.

Thus, when the game installed and I went to log in inside it I was told I did not have an EA account and that I would need to make one - and so I did.

This is where the problem arose.

For some reason, my Berym profile at the time vanished and would not let me complete it. I tried a number of ways I can't really recall to try and get it working. See, I need to get it working as I redeemed my codes on there, and frankly as I paid the high price of $130AUD (about $120 USD at the moment - games in Australia are bloody expensive) I wanted my value for money - a poorly made cloth map (it pales beside the old UO one, which was hemmed and of sturdy make) doesn't cut it, sorry. I also couldn't complete my EA account on here, either, so I was stuck in a limbo, unable to do anything.

In the end, by fiddling, I was able to get at least this profile - Berym_temp - to post... not that it's done me any good.

What I want you to do, Bioware:

Fix it.

Merge this Berym_temp account into my original Berym account, retaining the information and links on both, making Berym the primary (so my name is Berym, not Berym_temp) and making sure my redeemed codes go across.

At this point I'm not interested in random replies. If you've had this problem and fixed it, tell me. Random people telling me things that don't work... well, I'd had plenty of that on the website forum, and I'd really just like the people who made this farce of a system to fix it now, please.

This hardly instills me with confidence in Bioware's ability to run and support a MMO.
