You must have blocked the novel Deception out of your mind, which is understandable since it was terrible.

BW pretty much implied that Deception is non-canon due to the flagrant violations of the lore and canon. Their promised fix isn't likely to ever happen, but I'm pretty sure that distributors have pulled it from circulation.

Otherwise, true. Technically speaking, we don't really have an ending for Grayson's story.

That said, I think the general premise of Deception is what's important or canon. Unpleasant details with the canon aside (toothbrush of doom included), we can reasonably come to the conclusion that Gillian Grayson was murdered by Kai Leng on Omega.

I didn't read that. Heard about its "issues" :)

Manuel may or may not be the same one as in Firewalker, but things were made/edited to be vague enough that we don't clearly know.

It is easy to headcanon though.

He has the same name. He's mentally unstable. Paranoid of the geth. Mentions Eden Prime. Plus the hidden audio files are voiced by the same guy. It isn't confirmed directly in the story, to be sure, but everything is pointing to it. I'd even argue that its unreasonable to assume its anyone else.

YES! For someone who is supposed to be the primary antagonist in the series, I expected to see him for longer than 30 seconds in ME3 <_<

And as for some other painfully overlooked characters.

Kal'Reegar

Emily Wong

Rana Thanoptis

Shiala

Morinth

All had great potential, but their apearance got reduced down to a simple email.

^^ Yeah that's true, he could have done his assuming control gimmick here and there. Or maybe, if that's not possible because his reaper body is occupied itself, had a bossfight with Shepard the same way as the reaper on Rannoch.

He's only the oldest, largest and most powerful Reaper, but who cares? SMH...

Or AT LEAST a holo-conversation, like the one with Sovereign... I don't think facing him toe-to-toe would've been healthy for Shepard. That Destroyer is one thing on Rannoch, but Harbinger is about 15 times bigger...

He/she still got his/her ass kicked by Harbinger, and Harby wasn't even focusing only on Shepard, he oblitirated the whole damn battlefield  with a few casual laser-beams.  B)

You would think that Shepard would be the first target once he/she was spoted, but that makes way too much sense, just like the Reapers attacking the Citadel first.

Or destroy the Crucible, as it's about to dock to the Citadel, with only a few Alliance ships defending it "at all costs", since the majority of the fleet is charging the Reaper forces in Earth's orbit. Plus if the Reapers are as super intellligen as they made out to be, I'm sure they are aware that Admiral Hackett is a key figure for the whole operation, you'd think that his dreadnought would be the first to be blown to hell.

But, we could go on and on about the whole stupid lore for days or weeks (or even years, after almost 3 years of the game's release...)

While I would have liked for Harbinger to pull a few "Assuming direct control" stunts or have some actual screentime via holo-call or something like that, I actually liked how he was handeled when he finally showed up in person.

He literally just flew in and without a word singelhandedly obliterated your entire army like the ants they were in comparison to him. Now that's the kind of badassery I expect from an extremely powerful AI overlord that is finally fed up with the organcis annoyig antics.

He should have just turned off the beam.

I am mildy amused that a poster claims to be god. I don't questions God's ability to be at several different places at once nor question his interest in Humanity and all of the species within the universe. Why bother to deal with an online forum like this?

Or you could pray. That works too.

If you're in Africa, Asia, South America, Oceania, parts of Eastern Europe, or disaster areas, you might get a problem with the signal. Also, standard rates apply. More money gets you a better connection.
