Well...once upon a time you wouldn't have been wrong.

That said you are wrong in this instance.

I'm a citizen of the Kingdom of Norway.

o.o I'm also a citizen of the United states of America.

well technically the Confederacy was still American.  Just instead of the United States it was the Confederate States

And as a citizen of Norway you belong to the cultural group of Scandinavians, just as Americans and Brits, and Aussies, and Kiwis, and Canadians al belong to the Anglo-Sphere..

Except Quebec

Warder supports the Stormcloaks because he's shameful.

No I'm a supporter because it's the only proper cause.

Supporting the Stormcloaks is the only true path. Supporting the Legion is another thing.

Nope, supporting both is disgusting. They're basically carbon copies of how not to run a society.

I know what you think is a proper cause. I'll take my chances.

I exaggerated I agree dominion thing was a little much but seeing as Skyrim would need to trade to survive economically and no one would trade with them. The Empire wouldn't allow trade across their borders too Skyrim. There would be starving. It's like Harrowmont and Orzimmar.

Talos was with me when I Shouted your sorry excuse of a High King into dust, you filthy traitor!(and when I snuck into the Embassy and did the same to Elenwen.)

He's dead now. I don't care what that sorry excuse for an emperor did. The Empire is better for his and Ulfric's deaths.

Wish I could get into the lore myself but the games are too boring.

Wide as an ocean; deep as a puddle.

Actually the lore is second only to Tolkien.

The games maybe shallow, but the world is deeper than Mariana's Trench.

It's not really headcanon when nothing stops it from being true. It's just story then, and I make mine as deep as I please. I play the game for the Lore anyway.

"How does it feel, Lord Azura? To so fully manifest here is the Mundus, stripped down only to your name? Perhaps it feels a bit like my sister did, when your machinations split her, name from land, nymic eth maliache velot, thoughtless save for domain. AE ALTADOON DUNMERI for my sister's madness I eat you."

Talos was with me when I shouted that pathetic Wimperial general to ash. I find it typically Imperial that Tullius gave up when all is lost while Ulfric fights to his last breath. All hail Ulfric, the true High King of Skyrim.

Tullius gave up because he didn't want to fight in the first place. He's Colovian which is basically a dark-skinned Nord with an Imperial name and hair cut. The Civil War is really a stupid war and the Nords played right into Thalmor hands by making it an issue.

Because fighting when you've lost is a good thing? I find it funny that Ulfric gives up just as easily during the opening. Not that he had a choice. He got outplayed by his betters and needs a demigod to win his wars for him. Some High King.

If the Empire stood up for itself like Hammerfell, this wouldn't be an issue. Instead, they have enjoyed 30 years of the Thalmor ingraining themselves with Imperial nobility and torturing Imperial citizens while the Empire just lets it happen.

And Ulfric nearly won until Tullius got involved. It's telling that the Empire needed one of its best generals to face Ulfric.

It really doesn't. The Civil War in Skyrim is fought entirely between Nords in the province. The actual Legion is near the Aldmeri-Imperial border. The Empire didn't even waste its time with Skyrim properly. And they obviously didn't need to, if one general was enough to curb a rebellion.
