The empire consists of Cyrodiil, Skyrim, High Rock, and 85% of Morrowind. North, Central. South tip belongs to Argonia. Hammerfell, Aldmeri Dominion, Argonia, and the two client state kingdoms that make of Elswyer (sp?) (Client states to Dominion)

Honestly it doesn't matter because next game is going to be in Hammerfell and the HoonDing is going to sink Tamriel with a Shehai technique.

Please see my previous post about how the Empire didn't abandon Hammerfell completly.

Those legion stayed against orders and were later recalled when the province was given up, if that's what you mean. Clearly stated by "Hammerfell fights on alone".

Soon we shall march on Solitude and on that day the heroes of Sovngarde will march with us and the Empire shall fall to its knees in fear.

the stormcloaks themselves are not so bad, most of them are just regular angry nords after all, they just have a poor leader

its easier to attack both sides and let the divines sort it out.

At least the Aldmeri Dominion and those filthy Thalmor will go down with it...wait...but I need to explore every corners of Tamriel first.  :(

The Empire's claim on Morrowind is all but technical. Besides trade, nothing binds them anymore. They might as well be separate, and Morrowind certainly treats it like it is.

Well if his showings as jarl are anything, he'll have plenty of opportunities to prove just how terrible a king he'll be.

Their general allowed them to discharged from the Legions, and they are no longer a part of the Imperial Legion. Which part it mentioned they were recalled when the province was given up? You mean "Hammerfell fights on alone (with ex-legionnaires dressing like local Redguards at their side).

I think they would have mentioned their involvement if they were

Epilogue: Hammerfell Fights On Alone

Hammerfell, however, refused to accept the White-Gold Concordat, being unwilling to concede defeat and the loss of so much of their territory. Titus II was forced to officially renounce Hammerfell as an Imperial province in order to preserve the hard-won peace treaty. The Redguards, understandably, looked on this as a betrayal. In this, the Thalmor certainly achieved one of their long-term goals by sowing lasting bitterness between Hammerfell and the Empire.

In the end, the heroic Redguards fought the Aldmeri Dominion to a standstill, although the war lasted for five more years and left southern Hammerfell devastated. The Redguards say that this proves that the White-Gold Concordat was unnecessary, and that if Titus II had kept his nerve, the Aldmeri could have been truly defeated by the combined forces of Hammerfell and the rest of the Empire. The truth of that assertion can, of course, never be known. But the Redguards should not forget the great sacrifice of Imperial blood - Breton, Nord, and Cyrodilic - at the Battle of the Red Ring that weakened the Dominion enough to allow the eventual Second Treaty of Stros M'kai in 4E 180 and the withdrawal of Aldmeri forces from Hammerfell.

There can be no doubt that the current peace cannot last forever. The Thalmor take the long view, as is proved by the sequence of events leading up to the Great War. All those who value freedom over tyranny can only hope that before it is too late, Hammerfell and the Empire will be reconciled and stand united against the Thalmor threat. Otherwise, any hope to stem the tide of Thalmor rule over all of Tamriel is dimmed.

Well if his showings as jarl are anything, he'll have plenty of opportunities to prove just how terrible a king he'll be.

Yea the part where he took half of Skyrim in one move and would have taken whiterun completely if Tullius didn't listen to his legate. For a man running half of Skyrim with his own coin, he's not doing too bad. Rebels always struggle financially.

Pretty much. It's Alik'r and discharged Legionaries that won Hammerfell it's independence.

Indeed they are. Lets see, work on civil war, or whiny Dunmer bitching...

Only criticism I have is his neglect of the Butcher murders. Bandits is one thing, but one murderer in a city with blood trails left behind, lol.

The Great War ended 30 years ago. The Markarth Incident 27. The Civil War started a few months ago. Ulfric has no excuse, and it's time to call him out for what he is. **** at doing his job.

When you have something better to say than stupid assumptions, call me.

Maybe read this to learn my actual opinions so you don't put the a.s.s. in assume.

He's a coward too. He ran, read the Thalmor dossier. He straight up ran because he broke under interrogation and thought the Empire lost because of him. It's only after he finds out that they didn't that the bluster comes in and he pulls that **** in Markarth.
