Lorkhan isn't chaos you noob. You know this Colonel. Chaos is on his dick though.

Oh yes he is. The personification of Chaos. Birthed from Padomey, aka Chaos.

Just like Auri-El is the soul and personification of Anu.

yup give obsidi time and the make good stuff... give them a year... you get KOTOR2

You know despite so many cut contents and how they rush through KOTOR2, their other works wasn't that bad.

Magic is dangerous, but dehumanizing those who are cursed with it only makes it more so. Get rid of Tranquility, be more open about the Harrowing, reduce templar influence and allow mages to have contact with their families. Do as much as possible to ensure that young mages grow up feeling like the Maker loves them as much as any non-mage. Just as normal people raised in loveless conditions are more likely to become criminals and addicts, mages in places like Kirkwall are more likely to be violent. Psychological preparation has a real effect on how well people resist temptation. Be a friendly guardian rather than an intimidating watchdog, and you'll have far fewer abominations on your hands.

No man. He ain't Daedra. If anything Lorkhan is special because he's both. Thus the enantiomorph.

Not sure if Mages should be free, but 2 for a dollar sounds reasonable...

Who says he's daedra? I don't concern myself with those labels much anyway.

Point is he isn't chaotic.

Him and Akatosh are stasis and change. They're both the Rebel and the King.

Lorkhan is space, Auri-el is time. Space, time. You can't have space without time, for if there takes no time to get somewhere, then there is no distance between point A and B.

stasis, chaos, anu, padomay, they gave birth to these two concepts first. They are their souls and their personification.

Also, change can be chaotic, and in the elder scrolls, almost always is. Nirn's creation sparked by the idea of Lorkhan was chaotic change.

In game dialogue has said it's been half a year. Unless you think the game just pretends days don't go by.

And no, it's 26. The war ended 26 years ago, that's what I was talking about.

Get your **** together.

I'm playing the game right now, so no it doesn't. It says a few months.

The Great War can't end after the Markarth Incident that happens after the war. Hardly matters, the point is Ulfric has been Jarl for decades, and has done absolute ****.

You guys do realise a few months can mean anywhere from say 3-6 months, which would put it at half a year or close to it.

And I'm saying Lorkhan is as much about Stasis as Akatosh is about Change. In all the creation myths Lorkhan was the original ruler. Further from Dawn you go the more chaotic things get right? What does that tell you?

I shall write this precious knowledge down to the nearest paper I can find , and I will safeguard this knowledge so it can be passed down to the future generations.

Dude, are you seriously going to go through semantics about me with the god that has the most batshit crazy individual contained in his chest, while also being replaced by Talos and is Talos? Come on, lol. You and I both know that those gods are all mixed up, but as they are perceived by us, Lorkhan is the chaotic aspect of the two, and Akatosh is the one representing time and stasis from Anu.

Lets not get more convoluted than we need to. MK doesn't need our help in that regard ;)

Most of this is in line with how I'd try to handle it, but how are mages who simply can't pass the Harrowing handled without Tranquility?

I actually found the Mage Warden's harrowing funny in that you are supposed to face A demon yet wind up going against 3 demons. LOL, imagine if they all teamed up against you.
