Lol, really? I've never played SWTOR so I didn't know about any of this, but I'm amused that my previous comment about having a character creator for LI's is not entirely without precedent.

The way it works is that they all have default appearances, but once they join you, you can buy and "equip" alternate looks on them.  These "looks" change their hair, eye color, and skin color.  I think they did it because you can see each other's companions since it's an MMO and it would take people 'out of the game' to see dozens of copies of the same character running around.

Yes, but the point is that she's canonically blonde.  And has a sexy British Imperial accent to boot.

Sera is not lunatic but she is indeed impulsive, her comments are abrasive and well at times really childish. It comes to mind, that time she call my human noble stupid and elfy over a simple opinion.

Her romance is on the teen, punk, rebellious, drama spectrum so I am not really surprised.

I think Bioware's writers just hate the WiseBeyondTheirYears trope. We've seen it in Alistair, Merrill and now Sera. I suppose their trying to show a realistic representation of twenty-somethings. It's not exactly flattering.
