B!tch is married! Lusting and claiming another is just being selfish b!tch.

It is not just threat is her entire character that I can't like. She is one of these folks that $hit things really bad and instead of really correcting their wrongs they justify themselves to the end not to mention that "correcting" their wrongs includes lies and using others to do your dirty work for you.

But didn't want to be married to the guy. She was made to. you make it sound she was two time Varric.

Eh Bianca is a douche.

Varric is also pretty pathetic letting her run roughshod over him like that.

Also when she made her stupid little threat I just wanted to go "whatever I do couldn't have been worse that what you've already done lady." god what a stupid threat from such a waste of space.

Made or no point is she is married!

-The End-

Let it go and let it go! Yes Varric doesn't let go too but hell she doesn't as well I don't see her letting go and I don't know which of two is worst case,he even pushes her in end of mission saying her to go home because she has someone missing her while she makes sure to give you nice threat in end like she still has right on him.And it wasn't the threat the ones friend of someone gives you, nope it was a threat that woman that claims some man gives you.

So I don't care if she was forced into marriage or no,she is married so she can GTFO and Varric needs waking up fast!

So I don't care if she was forced in to get married or no,she is married so she can GTFO and Varric needs waking up fast!

Why should she? Would you let the one person you love in you life go because your culture does not like the relation ship? Added on the fact the marriages like hers is more for show then love and normally side lovers.

I like her.

Honestly don't understand what people have against her. She was forced into an arranged marriage she didn't want and isn't happy there. She isn't forcing Varric to do anything. They aren't together. They are BOTH in love with each other, and neither is letting go. Never saw anything to suggest one of them was trying to force the other one to continue like that.

Are people really that upset that she made a joke threat at them? That's what people say when they leave people they love with you "if you hurt them, I'll kill you". Happens all the time. Never seen anyone get so upset by it before...

If I was married woman and if I truly loved someone then yes I would let them go because I would know that person has no future with me and that I'm destroying him.Love is about giving and making sacrifices for better of other. If you only think on yourself and just your own feelings that is just being plainly selfish and has nothing to do with true love.

So... if you love someone, but you can't marry them, stay within walking distance of them at all times for the rest of your lives, and/or have children with them, you shouldn't be together/be happy?

I'm so glad I'm entitled to my own opinions of what "being together" or "being lovers" means! :D

I think people are more upset they could not answer her. Same with Vivienne - your character is forced to listen nonsenses without ability to react (in case of Vivienne - you only allowed to react out of character). It might work in movies and books, but in games you will always get a negative reaction to such things.

Considering that Inquisitor just found out how she $hited things out badly and how she is trying to justify everything without taking any blame then how she just used both Inquisitor and Varric to get her $hit corrected...then nope I don't want any "joke" from her especially one that makes me wanting to kill her more.

no you would not. You would not put yourself through a loveless, passionless shame of a marriage. No one would.

Stop with the stealth " why can't a romance Varric" topic.

Different reactions are always nice to have of course. Vivienne annoyed me because of reasons like that, but she was always looking down on you and being an ass. Bianca just asked you not to let her love die in the form of a joke.

The story tells us that Varric did not write to Bianca for 15 years until he wrote to her about the red lyrium. Every time they get together her family sends out assassins to kill Varric.  Bianca is of the mining class and Varric is an exile. The family would not allow them to marry. The marriage with the other man was arranged by the family. She probably agreed to the marriage to keep Varric alive. The love between them did not die.

Have we forgotten that in DAO a noble warden can marry Anora and still keep Leliana on the side if harden properly The marriage is a marriage of convenience not love. The noble warden can marry Anora and still do the DR with Morrigan and then chase after her in Witch Hunt.

Varric has to want to let go. Obviously he is not ready to let go.  Also note that he never tells the true story about his crossbow and who made it to anyone to keep Bianca safe.

I'm pretty sure the problem is that the writer of each character writes the inquisitor's reply too, and of course they like their character to get the upper hand in an argument and look cool, which is why the quizzy always loses.

She didn't bother me as much as she seems to bother other people.  She's clearly very intelligent, and for me, her threat wasn't any kind of actual intention of harm towards the IQ as much as it was a confession that she still cares deeply about Varric and what happens to him.

That said, I definitely think they are hurting themselves, and each other, by clinging to their relationship.  She very obviously did not want to marry the guy she got arranged to be with, and I can sympathise with that - it's a sucky position to be in.  But one way or the other, they have both made their choices now.  It's not really ok to be sneaking out on her husband - he may not have any expectation of faithfulness, given that it seems to be more of a business/status arrangement, but it does endanger Varric, and her.  And he deserves a chance at a real relationship and a real life, not whatever crumbs she can throw to him every few years.

If she really wants to be with him, she needs to be willing to break out of the forced marriage and commit to Varric, and damn the consequences.  Certainly I think a lot of ordinary people on the surface, at least, would be willing to grant some leniency to her given that she already tried to get out of the marriage once and is in it without her full consent.  But if she can't or won't risk that, then she needs to let Varric go and move on, for both their sakes.

I also recall something that they've been keeping in contact trough writing they just didn't see each other for 15 years.
