As the title says, i plan on my character i 29 point build, it cost too much? considering som amulet of power? havent finished the game so i don't know how many point you do by doing all.

5 points from human race, 3 amulets of power, 1 inquisition perk. Assuming you reach a least lv20 you will have 21 points.
So in total from that you can reach 26 points.

5 for being human?? That would be quite the bonus. 
It's actually:
Level + 1
+1 for human
+1 Inquisition perk
+4 Amulets of Power (see spoiler below)
Total: Level + 7 (or +6 if non-human)
So you could do it if you reached level 22 or 23. (Not that you need nearly that many points to finish the game)

I was referring to 5 points in total. I also didn't mention the other 2 potential skill points since they are based on roll play decisions.
