So after beating the game, I realized I still had one more dragon to slay. Turns out the dragon i need to kill is the strongest one in the game, which is in the northeastern corner of Emprise du Lion. It's level 23, but my crew is kind of under leveled.

 

Is there a good way to level up after you beat the game?

Same way you level up before beating the game: do sh*t.

Farm giants in Emerald Graves, or just go kill the dragon, he's pretty easy I killed him at lvl 17 on nightmare.

Side note: Anyone ever hit level 25?  Highest I had was 24.

yes but my first 5 perks were all codex perks + xp on kill so after the hinterlands so every codex was like 150/175 xp
