I've read other posts where different players mentioned specific places where I can kill and get Giant Spiders. Well... I 've been in all those places, hinter lands, Western Oasis, Stormcoast, and others, and all the loot I can get is Poison or so. I don't know where to go in the map or how to get these Giant Spider Glands, can I buy them from a merchant? I'm starting to think that it's a bug n the game, for some reason, (or some actions I did unconciously) I can't get those. Any ideas? Did anybody experience this issue?, I'm level 20 with my character and I have played 140 hours, so I think I should have found any, but I didn't. Thank you in advance for your replies guys!

Forget about the giant spider glands and focus on the posion glands and wyvern glands as they are more plentiful. If you're level 20 get the superb or just below superb dragon slaying rune as they use those two types of glands. It's a better bet.

What this person said also the hissing waste merchant has a spider issue so get the posion stuff there.
