I'm already having problems with the install.. I created a new email account for Origin..I created the origin account.....It said to put in the registration code for the install...but it wont let me install the game....it asked me again to put in the registration code..but said it has already been redeemed?

Weird... Try logging in the origin client with which you tried to install the game. See if ME3 is present in your games list in origin. Maybe the code is redeemed successfully in your origin account so thats why it's giving the Working as Intended "already been redeemed error". ME3 should be visible in origin's game list if that is the case. If it doesn't show up in origin games list then there is a possibility that the seller sold you a used game that was already redeemed on some other origin account.

^^^ That was it...i thought this would be an insatll from the disc..not a download..ME3 is in my games list..I clicked it..it is now downloading...I am excited man..Thanks ^^^^^^

By default WASD are mapped for movement. Mouse for pointing the crosshair. 1 2 3 will be the keys you will be using the most. Almost all of the multiplayer powers are mapped to them. 5 6 7 and 8 are for cobra, ops pack, medi-gel and thermal clip pack. Also you don't have to solo with a lvl 1 Novaguard. You are welcome to join me. I am confident your lvl 1 novaguard will be quite a step up compared to the usual pugs.

^^ Thanks... seriously, I have the butterflies flying in me stomache right now.. I am pumped!!!!!!  75% installed........I thought about doing modifications...to the single player... I have seen some really cool stuff over the years in how you can do even more custom things to your shepard..and I want to try those MP powers that can be imported into single player....I want my shepard to be a fury  ...My head is about to explode with little kid giddy-ness right now..........

You can install controller mod and plug in your controller instead of learning the buttons. Also, you can get consumables aka cyclonics 3 for gold/platinum easy way with console but you need to type which is somewhat inconvenient with controller mod. Well, I guess either one or the other.

 

I'll be online later on, maybe 10-11 pm eastern time. It is always funny to watch the first baby steps of console people at 60 fps. Bad thing, it does not last long.

Fail on cpu #1 ...game loads..menus are fine....I get in game...even at all of my lowest settings...it is incredibly choppy...I need to upgrade the graphics card on this laptop..it looks like...as for everything else..I have double what the minimal specs required..sound was fine.....none of my shots would connect at anything I fired at...all I hear was chop chop chop..then I died from something I couldnt see.....am loading it up on cpu#2 now

Generally, you have to have some kind of graphics card for half-decent frame rate, not just integrated Intel. Last time I tried around 3 years ago, it was doing reasonably well on old Toshiba i5 with NVidia 310M graphics. I got about 30 fps but the laptop was heavily overheating. It might be a good idea to minimize the graphic settings and adjust game resolution to native resolution of your screen. Also, you might try to clean up the memory from bs as the game likes to use about 1.5-2 Gb and normal Win7 laptop already has 1.5-2 Gb occupied with some junk and up to 1 Gb may go to graphics. That means that with 4 Gb total memory, performance is on the choppy side.

 Your boy is now officially an N7: 4     my damn potato is over clocking like a mofo--I am still learning how to tweak this cpus settings..it is putting out so much heat.....no MP for me for awhile guys until I figure out this hardware stuff works and what I need to set to what to optimize my settings..... I do appreciate all of your guys help.

I had that same problem trying to get my account registered for ME3MP last week.  I spent 2 hours on chat with a representative, and during that time I received two invalid validation codes that said they had already been redeemed.  The chat guy talked to a tech guy and they said they had no idea why the code generator was spitting out invalid codes.  This was for digital download so there was no previously used physical copy involved.

 

Then I took dxdiag and msconfig logs, sent them to the guy, along with several error messages that had popped up, with error codes.  The chat guy said the tech guy had no idea what the error codes meant.

 

There was one other thing I had to do, that kept telling me an unexpected error occurred, and to try again later.  At that point I just kept pasting the URL into the address bar and hitting numpad enter.  I was a goddamn assembly line, I must have been averaging 1 request every 1.5 seconds.  The passive-aggressive part of my brain was secretly hoping that this would be enough to constitute a DoS attack on EAbioware and shut their servers down for a few hours.  But after about 20 minutes of this, I got a success message.  Jesus Christ in a sidecar.

 

Well the story concludes after that 2 hour ordeal with the chat guy closing the ticket and I get an email saying the issue is resolved.  They didn't fix anything.  I still can't register my PC ME3.  I had to log onto PurpGuy's Xbox and play a match just to gain posting privileges.

It's EA we're talking about. The tech guy that was supposed to be there is 21 and drunk off his pants.

 

The 17 yr old chat guy only showed up because it's his first week and he really needs the job.

 

It'd be better if the 25 yr old supervisor was there but she got drunk and shagged the tech guy last night.

I've redeemed disk codes for DAO+Awakening, DA2, ME1, and ME2 from some ancient disks that were collecting dust and which I was going to throw away. I now have all these treasures in the library and disks are back in some box in the basement storage.

For the record I had the exact same issue, it wouldn't let me install it off the disc because "the code was already in use" (which it was, by me) or some such rubbish.

 

I didn't want to download it cause I didn't really have the data for it at the time, after an unsuccessful talk with EA I figured out I could copy the compressed files off the discs, un-compress them, start the download in origin, pause the download, go to where it was installing the game, copy the uncompressed files to where it was installing the game, un-pause the download and then after a few seconds it would jump right to the end of the download, download like 50MB worth of data to complete it and then it was good to go.
