I would like to be able to play perilous one day but I don't have the gear atm.  At least in Mass Effect, I would have had a gun that was good enough to go to the hardest setting by now.

Again today, playing in group w/ friends...3 of us got to the "25" opened boxes and got our commendation boxes....Opened mine and got all white POS's in it, yet both of my friends open thiers, 1 get LBoG first card in the pile and the other gets some uber staff 3rd card in.....AND they both have less Prestige than I do....

 

SO WTF I want to know is why I always get sh_t and everybody else gets the good stuff???

Same boat, the last 2 weeks I've gotten nothing but low lvl gear.

Got my chest in 2 hours. Much better than a solo 100 kill. Still got crap. I did unlock an armor but I don't get why that's pushed as a good thing when I've already crafted all the best armors and when an armor drops it automatically gives you the lowest in your tree.

In MEMP you had your N7 Manifest nagging away at you that you did not have your Cerberus Harrier at level X.

In DAMP, the weapons are less in your face and having the salvage ability is a good thing.

 

Sure, I don't have a Caliban unique sword, but I have a nice rare sword that's 90% of its damage, and that's fine for now.

Across my classes, my weapons are on average 85% of the best available, not having the uniques does not mean you can't play well.

 

RNG is by definition random. 

Statistically it will probably deliver eventually and aside of a few lucky draws,

people who play more will have better stuff.

 

It is what it is, and there are more aggressively awful RNGs - I don't feel compelled to shell out Platinum, it's not 'pay to win'.

Gimmie the old system anyday!  At least once you maxed the junk guns, you didn't see them again...

And while were at it, why are most of the unique weapons trash?  is this a lvl thing?

Nearly rank 300 on xbox one with 400k gold spent and the only good weapon I have is punched by the maker, all my friends with half the prestige have 2-3 rank 23 weapons/shields. It's soul destroying investing so much of your spare time to get nothing each day.

So we just had our free chests come through and 2-4 of the people in my party got longbow of the griffon (the guy that got it already had it twice) and me and the other guy didn't get ****. God RNG is frustrating, nearly rank 300 with over 400k spent and the only decent weapon I have is punched by the maker.
