I've been playing hunter a lot lately and I've come across something odd

A handful of times tonight I have noticed all of my attacks being critical hits

I was playing hunter with the griffon bow

Usually happens after a leaping shot out of stealth

I think it has something to do with the Knife in the Shadows passive, since I never saw it occur before I chose it

I haven't had it happen before on my assassin or alchemist; seems to be hunter exclusive

Anyone ever come across this and know how to reliably trigger it?

You mean other than the passive you mentioned making an attack out of stealth have 100% crit chance?

so your saying when you leaping shot out of stealth, all your hits become criticals automatically?

 

wouldn't know seeing as i never leaping shot out of stealth... would explain why no one else knows either

There's also a glitch with fire flask where your abilities have no cool down or stamina cost

Longshot hits multiple enemies for some reason too, Bioware needs to look into this.

Is he saying after leaping shot out of stealth, all his shots are crits for the entirety of the game?

Guys I think I found the best Archer glitch, where he automatically crits after putting enemies to sleep. Bioware fix dat **** nao.

Every hit becomes a critical for the rest of the game

What classes were the rest of the party playing with? Some classes have passives which add to all allies crit chance. Check out Archer's skill tree, for instance. If you were playing with a couple of nearby archers each with those passives, it might very well seem like all of your hits were crits.

I don't think it was party buffs or a lucky streak, it was going on for several minutes. Saw a few people on /r/dragonagecoop encounter this also

Every single hit for the entire game was a critical strike, whether it was auto attack, abilities or weapon runes

I think I just encountered this as well, for a streak.  Around 15 standard attacks were crit in a row, and only around 25% chance to crit.  Could have been RNG, but likely a glitch.  Was on wave 5, and after those 15 shots + crits, saw boss (venatori) so I rushed to kill her.  Noticed after her death crits were back to normal chance.   

 

Party was sin, hunter, hunter (me), and keeper.

Ran into this glitch again tonight, again on hunter

And only after I got the Knife in the Shadows passive

Still don't know what triggers it, but I've found that going into stealth cancels the effect

Also, this seems to only happen off-host

No one else has come across this? It happened to me twice in one game tonight

Also bumped into this a few hours ago, also playing hunter and also after leaping shot out of stealth, every single attack was a critical for the remainder of the game so i was happy haha.

Yes it does cause them all to hit as crit from stealth as the shots all leave the bow at the same time.  As for your statement of no one knowing this mechanic, you can ask questions on the forum about skills and/or effects and someone will likely have the information of which you seek.  Plus the added bonus of having someone answer your question as the Devs don't seem inclined to interact with people.
