Why spend 10,000 gold to access the contents of Deraboam's mysterious chest?
Simply hand over the cash and the mysterious contents are revealed (out of sight to you whilst you are in the menu). However, before leaving the transaction menu, simply decide you've changed your mind and sell it straight back. When you exit the menu the golden nug will have been unboxed and remains so. This allows you to kick off the associated map quest by clicking on it.
Would suggest this should get patched out. Deraboam will react to you as though he has sold you the item and refer to the money he's just made when he is none the richer in reality.
Perhaps the above is common knowledge but couldn't find anything with a quick search - just something I stumbled on when opening it for the first time today.
