I have a similar problem, all my deluxe DLC have downloaded but don't install. The two bigger DLCs even start to extract but fail to install nonetheless. What can I do? Is this some sorta problem regarding Windows 7 x64, or Steam? Whatever it is it's very annoying, especially the fact that the staff seems so unhelpful.

I have 9 DLC items there and all of them failed to install. Download started, extracted and failed at the end. All of the DLC content have "red" required version 1.0.

I have the same issues.... I installed them all, and in-game menu lists them all as installed. But I can't access the quests for the warden's keep etc,
In only have the memory band, but it has no stats except for "Ring" and when wearing it it doesn't do ****?
****ing DLC, costs too much money and the system seems buggy as hell

Have a similar problem. Everything downloaded and installed itself properly, but the Stone Prisoner just stays a 0.00% and isn't doing anything. Grrr.

Had a bit of trouble to DL the Stone Prisoner and WK DLC but they are working now. Still having issues with The Memory Ring as it's stuck @ 0%. Rebooted and cleared the DL cache several times, not sure if it's a problem related to the new patch or something else.

I had one Dalish Promise Ring download, extract, install..
All other DLC has finished downloading (some with prompts from me by clicking the do download now please button) - and is stuck in state downloaded. None of it seems inclined to change state to extracting or installing.
I've also crashed five or so times while going through menu items without even trying to start the game, but that's a different issue.
Like an earlier poster I note that the Required Game Version for Dalish Promise Ring (which installed correctly) is 1.0 in gold (normal colour), whereas the Required Game Version for all the other DLC is 1.0 in red.
It looks/feels as if the 1.0 in red is actually meant to refer to 1.01 - maybe if I apply that patch (if I can find it) this will work? Is that what I should try next?

Apologies if this becomes a repost - I posted this using the quick reply box, but it did not (immediately) show up. Call me impatient, but I'm used to forum software that posts things immediately and not after a bit of time to chew on things, so I'm going to assume my post is lost - therefore now reposting.

Assming the forum updates are just.. flaky. Previously asked if upgrading to 1.01 would help with the red and the stuck at downloaded status. Tried. Didn't.

I am having the same problem, except all of the major stuff went through just fine, stone prisoner, dragon armor, etc. What is stuck for me are the items unlock from Journeys. My Amulet of the War Mage and Helm of the Deep are stuck in the download section, though the third journeys item came through just fine? Now, I know these are very small files and they have been stuck there for hours. Stone prisoner which is 333 mb took about 10 minutes. I also have the issue with the red version number on the two stuck items.

Having a similar problem. Stone Prisoner is downloaded 100% but it just says extracting now. left it on that screen for 5 hours or so during an inventory last night and it hadn't changed when I got back. Want to DL the wardens keep but not if it will never end up installing like this. I'm 16 hours into the game and still haven't gotten my DLC installed...

I've got the same problem as Winterbay.
I've got the Armor working alright, that's downloaded, installed and part of it is sitting in my inventory. I also downloaded the Stone Prisioner add-on, by using the code in the box. It said it had downloaded, but it's not on my install list - But it is still available for purchase.
Is this just one of these "Wait till the servers arn't busy" things?

You might want to try manually deleting it and letting start the download against from scratch. This seems to have worked for some.

Hmm I think the red exclamation mark went away after regging my game on the site.
Or you can try clicking it and press download.

I used redeem codes and downloaded the stone prisoner and a ring and boots content from amazon that I got codes for. All downloaded and show 100% but do not show up in the install tab. Same red version number as others. Since redeem codes can only be used once does this mean I have lost them?

For those with the specific issue of content getting stuck on the middle tab.
1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run' to bring up the command line
2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'
4) Navigate to 'C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
5) In the windows command line type 'net start DAUpdaterSvc'
6) Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in

^^^ This worked out great, exactly the problem I was having ^^^
IF YOU'RE A WINDOWS VISTA or 7 USER, substitute Step 4's path with this one:
"Local Disk (C:) > ProgramData > BioWare > Dragon Age >"
Took me a minute to figure it out, so I figured I'd post it up.
Edit: Forgot to add, make sure you enable veiwing of hidden files and folders or you'll cry.
