For those with the specific issue of content getting stuck on the middle tab.
1) Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
1) In Windows, press the 'Start' button and select 'Run' to bring up the command line
2) In the command line type 'net stop DAUpdaterSvc'
3) Navigate to 'My Documents\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\Settings' and delete 'Manifest.xml'
4) Navigate to 'C:\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\All Users\\\\Application Data\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age\\\\' and delete the 'DAUpdater' folder
5) In the windows command line type 'net start DAUpdaterSvc'
6) Restart Dragon Age: origins and log in

I dont seem to have a 'Manifest.xml' :?

My problem is Dragoon blood armor does not shows up, it does not exist in my system in any way anymore (it was unknown before), yet it was downloaded and installed 'normally' although as 'unknown'

Now, nothing, nient, nill... it does not show up to download neither downloading and least yet as installed...

But the code obviously is redeemed...

Not sure here but it seems the 'unknown' DLC went puffff after the game patching

Edit: And yes, I did try all procedures and steps in this thread.

Same problem: download content fine, but it won't install. The error log seems to indicate that it may be because my system is on the D: drive and not the C: drive??

Had the same issue -  the content was downloaded and at 100%.  If you double click on the content it will extract and install.

Good luck!

I have the same problem as Nosisab. I entered my promo code for the armor and nothing has shown up for the download or install. When I try to redeem it again it says it has already been used. This is also happening for my Shale download and install :/.

Generally I've seen people have this error when their My Documents directory is in someplace other then the default location on the C: drive.  Moving it back to the default location, installing the DLC, and then moving it back to where you want it seems to fix this.

Also, for everybody having problems downloading, see the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for help troubleshooting issues with DLC downloads.

We have a preview application that contains a number of the DA Updater fixes for the upcoming PC Patch.

You can try it out and see if it helps solve your problems in the meanwhile.

If you do, please let me know if it helps.

http://supportfiles....nostic_beta.exe

Also, you'll want to confirm your service starts when you boot the game. A few users have reported they need to manually start their service for some reason.

1. In Windows, Press start

2. Run "services.msc"

3. Find and start "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater"

4. Restart game

Moving my "documents" folder back to it default location fix my issue. Moving it back after the install didn't seem to break anything either. Thanks Kepha!

Well my downloads show up but they won't install. I think this has to do with the patch because on red it shows version 1 as required.

edit:  Seems if i don't leave the game while its downloading it works fine but if i minimize the game the downloads fail.
