I noticed, that sometimes flirting is the only answer option that brings you approval. - Besides, at times it's the only one I'd consider matching my inquisitor's personality, as flirty often equals funny. But she's with Solas. So I wonder, does it any harm if she still flirts with others at times, just for the joke? I wouldn't want to put that at risk.

which means? I'm more about Dorian though. Who's gay, so not even an option really anyway, which makes it so fun to flirt with, as it's never THAT flirty, more a tad cheeky.

Flirting with Blackwall can cause the game to "lock" you in romance with him.

I flirt with Dorian all the time when the option comes up in conversation while in a before and after committed relationship with Cullen and I've not faced or experienced any negative repercussions from Cullen at all. Not sure about Solas though, I never ever romance him.

so far, I couldn't find that to happen either. Maybe, cause Dorian isn't an option to date as a female? I got some "You have someone there" comments on others,which caused me to reload

Dorian is the only one, other than Cullen that I flirt with so I never get that. But Dorian does say he thinks it's adorable (and means it) that my mage has a thing for templars.

which means?

There's a bug that causes the game to lock you into romancing Blackwall. It kicks in if you flirt with him in your first chat at Skyhold, where you and he go walking on the battlements. You have to reload from before that point to clear the bug.

I flirted my way through that entire game, even Cass had flirt option and I'm a fem elf

Solas was my main and once you enter a relationship with him you can still flirt with everybody all the way through. Once locked with him though I found it impossible to break up and romance anybody else but flirting is fine.

Flirting is weird. Flirts lock off after you've commited to a relationship but not always. In my first game I romanced Cassandra quite early on and from then on all my flirts with Harding, Josephine, Bull and that one-night-stand in Josie's IC quest locked off. But I was still able to flirt with Dorian.

 

In my second game I flirted with everybody but Iron Bull as a human male and could keep flirting until the game "locked" me in a romance; which was either after I talked to Josephine after she told me to talk to Leliana, who gave me a stern warning. For Cassandra it locked me in when she talked to me about my flirting after I finished her two main personal quests. For Dorian it locked me in after I flirted with him after his main IC quest.

okay so basically, there shouldn't be any problem? Great I usually don't do flirt, as my girl is a sincere one (not that it will be gratified but well), so she'll behave. But one just has to love Dorian

Probably a stupid question but what does IC mean?

Probably "Inner Circle"  - the quests for companions and advisors.
