When you look your character loadout in Inquisition HQ,there is headgear slot, so I am hoping we’ll get hats at some point .

The Hunter's hat totally annoys me.
The brim is turned up on the wrong side, as the point was so when drawing/releasing your bow, the string does not hit the brim. In-game this is around the wrong way 
tl;dr folded up side should equal string side
Also Katari needs Iron Bull's SP helmet:
