Ok, so it's my understanding that, even though the f***ing card with the code on it didn't say so, you have to create your ea online account with your GAMERTAG'S email address. I just created this god forsaken profile and entered the code, like the f***ing card told me to. I don't see any f***ing terminus armor or anything. If i'm missing something, someone please tell me asap!

Is there supposed to be a separate armor code for the pre-order armors (outside of the Cerberus Card)? I got my pre-order from Gamestop today and it had no such thing.

Same problem. I had an account, but somehow my Code didnt work. Or who knows it could be the wrong email, but thanks to this very stupid way of redeeming things instead of just putting it in game(think Dragon Age ...Bioware....) I seem to be stuck...

I followed all the instructions on the preorder code card and according to a few people the armor is supposed to appear in the Cerberus Network to download. I checked it and it wasn't there. I don't know how to find out if you email is linked to you xbox live gamertag. Could someone plz help me find out which ea account was hooked to my gamertag. It's just a miracle I can't find it anywhere...If I was using the correct ea account then where is my armor download???

It's funny because in no way shape or form did it say use the email that you have to use to sign up for xbox 360 did it say you had to use the code. People sometimes NEED to switch emails.

its my understanding that this is a long and messed up process that several players are hitting a dead end on(including myself)
you need to be able to attatch you XBL account to your EA account which from what i have read needs the same E-mail AND for some reason needs to be on an EA game while doing so. if im wrong on that part then im sorry but thats the only way the instructions made sense to me.
"Before you can link your Xbox LIVE Gamertag to your EA Master Account,
you need to log in to any online EA game with your Xbox or Xbox 360.
Once that is done, check your email inbox at the address you used to
sign up for your Xbox LIVE Gamertag for an email from us describing
what you need to do to link up your accounts."
I dont think i own an EA game, so unless ME2 counts a large group of people somewhere must have been very out of it to have allowed something like this to get put into place
I'm reading in the other topics about how to fix this or try to

I honestly think BioWare should replenish the codes that have been wasted.

This is total bull****. I reserved the game, and I should be able to get what I paid for. Huge buzzkill for me, I had to stop playing the game for today because I got so mad at this horrible DLC/Reward system.

My advice is to see if gamestop has any extra cards they know about the dlc problem. I called today and went to get a new one. They said to stop by if i did not get it to work. I just created a new account and got the dlc to work. I just want to know when does the armor show up in the game's codex. It shows that i have purchased the extra content before i start my game.

I know how to fix it. While standing at the terminal by the map, press the xbox button to sign out of your profile, then press A when prompted to restart the game, then reload your game, go back to the terminal to check your messages and a message will inform you that the armor was delivered to your quarters. Hope this helps.

Or Bioware/EA could fix this themselves.

All this frustration over stupid armor. I have spent more time trying to figure the dlc out than enjoying the game. I bought the game for the content not the dlc. I just want what i paid for and am tired of game companies trying to boost sales with these pre-order only dlc weapons, armor, extra characters, etc.... This bs needs to end. Just give the gamers the content for being loyal enough to buy your product.

I restarted my xbox and the armor still did not show up when i resumed my game. Do we get the armor when we start or is it available later in the game.
