You can see what gamertag is associated with you Bioware/EA Account on the http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php page.

I have a similar problem. My psn account is connected to my profile, but now I need to connect my xbox live account as well in order to get the dragon armor. Is there any way to do this?

Go to https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do, login with the email address and password associated with your account here. Click Add Persona, and then add your xbox live gamertag

i cant figure out how to connect any of my gamertags. I am using the same email and yet the website claims i have nothing attached to it. Anyone have any sugestions or is bioware as ****ing reatred as they curently seem?

This is the worst freaking system ever. Why won't they just let me input my own XBL account name? I'm going to have to nuke my own Bioware/ EA account and start over just to get the accounts synchronized

If you aren't already try logging in with the email address associated with your actual xbox live account. That's what my problem was.
