Well, this is weird.

Kana tells me that she received order from lord nasher to go and speak with him. But when i speak with him, nothing happens, the only dialogue option that i have regards the war fought years ago at west harbor. Is this a bug, or what?

Doesn't ring any bells.  Are you sure she isn't telling you to go speak to Sir Nevalle?

 

In any case, more info is needed.  Where are you in the game, what have you done most recently etc.  Also, actual quotes from Kana and Nasher should help.

Also, was this before or after you uninstalled the OC "Fix" pack?

I think i figured what was this about: i did all the available keep special missions before being summoned by lord nasher to be anointed knight, and i think that dialogue from Kana was referring to that event (though i am not entirely sure)

That was my best guess ... but it means there's a serious problem.  You're never supposed to see such a dialogue - it's probably a leftover from early in the development process.  As it stands, you finish Jerro's Haven, you are swept back to the Inn in CK, have a cutscene, try to walk out the door but are stopped by Sir Nevalle, and you are swept away to Castle Never with no chance to ever go see Kana.  I would say you need some script-jutsu to get you back into the Inn with Nevalle waiting at the doorway.

 

Again, if you're already knighted, you walk towards the Keep and Sand pops out and sweeps you in to have a cutscene with Kana where she congratulates you on being knighted.

Yeah, but i got that dialogue before i went to AJ Haven, so it didn't break anything. I think. And i hope.
