I liked the Lloyd character a lot, especially because of VA David Rintoul. We got back to redcliff villiage, you'd of thought that whoever was left in charge of the tavern in DAO would be there in DAI. Lloyd, Bella, etc. Btw, for the few who made Lloyd fight and made sure he lives in DAO, he ends up thanking you for forcing him to do it.
Bring back Lloyd!

I must be the only one who liked the Lloyd character. I'm also puzzled why and how they had David Rintoul, who was even the lead star on a tv show, for such a quick minor role. He only did Lloyd and the ferryman.

Hahahahahaha nope I always killed him.
I'd intimidate him into helping defend Redcliffe, and allow him (and only him!) to die in the fighting, clearing the way for Bella to own the place. Guy was a misery profiteering creeper who groped people and intended to hide in the larder while everyone else fought to save him.
That's what you'd call a classic A**hole Victim.
Srsly though, he's not even registered in the Keep. The Keep in fact does not report if ANYONE in Redcliffe died in the siege. Thus they can't actually bring him through (or anyone else who may have fought, including the mayor).

I was sad that the Redcliffe tavern had no sign of anything that happened there in Origins. No Lloyd, no Bella, no change in management and name, etc...just one more disconnect.

And yeah what was said above...Bella is better off with him dead...he was a waste of oxygen ![]()

The fact that they named the tavern in Skyhold, Inquisitor's Rest, was insulting.

In the Origins epilogue it said that Bella renamed the tavern Warden's Rest and tales of the Hero of Ferelden's exploits filled it every night, but as time passed people couldn't believe such tall tales were true. I find that hard to believe all that happened and disappeared in the course of 10 years... Sounded more like 50 years to me.
The fact that they named the tavern in Skyhold, Inquisitor's Rest, was insulting.
The Epilogue slides in Origins aren't to be taken as facts anymore.

so none of your choices actually matter at all? Good to know.
No, the choices imported via the Dragon Age Keep affect the games. Some of them anyway. So your choices do matter.

The reason I liked Llyod(and for those who always let him die what happens if you have him live...), yea he was an ass at first, but then he had a little sense of humor, when you force him to fight he is mumbling a rant, but then when he is outside you ask how he is doing he says, "Well I'm here, I'm cold, and I'm certainly going to die. I hope you're as amused as Murdock is." Then even though he was a wuss not wanting to help fight, in the actual battle, he has no armor yet he is fighting real hard on the frontline, fearless. So he was redeeming himself. Then after the fight if you kept him alive (had to heal him a bit) he says how he is glad you made him fight, people are respecting him and it feels good to help out and you get a ring.
Also I think he has a cool sounding voice. I looked up the voice actor and he's done a lot, even was the star of a tv show.
