I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue; I crafted a new sword in the Undercroft. I went to modify a few things to make it more powerful and now it has completely disappeared from my inventory. The peculiar thing is that I can still modify it under the Modify Weapons bench but no matter what I do, it will not show up in my inventory again.
